Cozy Mid Century 5 minutes from IU stadium

Very clean and spacious!

We were in town for an IU football game. Great location to the stadium. The house has a secluded feel but close to everything. Host was fantastic. Very responsive to the few questions we had. House was clean and very well decorated. Love mid-century modern. Hopefully we will be able to stay for another game in the future.

This was another wonderful stay. The price was fair for graduation weekend. The place has all you could need, is very clean and well kept. It’s nice to be close to IU but far enough away that it’s quiet.

The check in process is super smooth, the home is very nicely decorated and is extremely clean! The IU football stadium is literally a few minutes away and was perfect for our stay. The home owner was very nice to work with.

We reserved the property for graduation weekend. We were very happy with the location; away from the traffic in town, but only a few minutes from the stadium. The house was very clean and newly remodeled. The bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms very nice, the kitchen was great. We spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard and we were very appreciative of the firewood, outdoor seating and games. We were especially impressed by the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms; paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, plastic storage bags, soap, even spices and coffee were provided! It was nice and comfortable place for our family to be together for the weekend.

Extremely satisfying stay. This home has been very recently remodeled and updated: new appliances, new beds, new bathrooms, new gas grill, and new furnishings throughout. Clean. This home was what you’d expect when you walk into a staged open house. My family and I stayed for the eclipse and were joined by some of my daughter’s friends. Plenty of room for the 8 of us to enjoy the event. Close to the stadium and arena. Would be great for basketball games and football weekends. I know I will be booking again! Host is extremely accommodating and responds quickly. Highly recommend this property.

This property is truly amazing for anyone visiting Bloomington. It is very clean, well kept and has modern decor. The house has plenty to offer if you are staying in but it is close to activities in Bloomington and IU if you are heading into town. It is highly recommended over any hotel stay and worth every penny. Communication with the owners was quick and professional.
