For the most part the stay was great. Upon entering the house, it was clean @ a glance. Nice location. Far enough from the hustle & bustle of the town but only a min to downtown.Firepit was great.Beds & pillows fine, room with the bunk beds is so dark & cozy. Plenty of towels. Area to improveMissing Remote for fire stick. We had to get new batteries for the tv remote, then the fire stick remote was no where to be found. We looked under the couch, in the cushions & basket of games. We did find the sound bar under the couch in the corner covered in dust so it has been missing a while. Never found the fire stick remote. All remotes should be found between guest stays. Under the couch & the tv stand is really dirty. Human/pet hair, food crumbs. It looks like those areas have not been touched for a while. Not all games have all the pieces. The kitchen only had 3 chairs, they felt like they were going to break anytime we sat in them. You can see the sagging middles of the cushions. The table also needs replaced. felt like it would fall apart if you had to many plates of food. (Maybe thats why only 3 can sit at the table) only 3 pans and 1 small pot, not even big enough to make a box of spaghetti noodles. More like a box of Mac n cheese size. Kitchen knives are dull so cutting veggies was harder. Bring your own ziplocks, & plastic containers for leftovers. First rental since I started staying in them in 2007 that didn’t have those.

Arrived at property and it was HOT (do not recommend staying in the summer months) and smelled like cat litter. It’s a pet friendly property (we did not bring our pets but love them!) and my husband had an immediate allergic reason to the pet smell/ dander. There were ants in the bathroom. We notified property manager and while they were accessible and responsive they were not helpful. We had to stay at a hotel in town and lost our payment and asked for a refund on the cleaning fee to no avail. Very disappointing as we stay in McCall all the time and use VRBO properties and this has never happened. Perhaps this is a great place in the winter months but musty, hot, and buggy in the summer months.

The house was perfect for us. We are here every year to snowmobile, and it can be tricky to find a place that can accommodate our large truck and trailer setup. This place was perfect for us and we plan to book again next year. The only snag we ran into was not having charcoal or lighter fluid for the grill that is provided. Not a huge issue just more of a heads up to avoid an emergency trip to the store at dinner time! We will be back for sure!

We had a really nice stay. Loved the location in McCall. Close to a nice bike trail and all the stores and restaurants. My only complaint is there was a lot of dog hair found on blankets and pillows. We have a dog allergy so that was the only down side.

Great location for access to Brundage, Shore Lodge. Well stocked for the price. Could use another bathroom, and better guidance on heating process during winter but all worked out. Communication was great with maintenance and management. Still burdened by high fees but not unique to this property.

I stayed for 7 days while in the McCall area. Very good location, the house was comfortable with adequate accommodation and a nice yard. Could use a deeper cleaning around base boards, window sills and floor, overall general cleanliness was good, just more attention to detail. I would stay again and recommend it to others seeking an affordable place to stay in McCall.

The property met our needs inside and out. The fact that it was kept plowed out so we could fit both trucks and enclosed snowmobile trailers was great! We also appreciated the outdoor outlet so we could plug in the trailers! Inside, the ability to do a load of laundry was a plus. Lots of hooks and charging cords was a really nice touch. Thank you! We highly recomend this property.

The only downside of the location is large, humming power transfer station right across the street.
