Cozy Lakehouse w/ Fire Pit & Bed Swing Near Mammoth Cave National Park

A little issue with flies due to cattle farm across the street. Water pressure could be better. I was actually expecting 3 bedrooms plus the bunk room, but we made if fine. Exterior could be a little better kept. Fire pit is ready for replacement. Overall comfortable though.

Everything was awesome! It was a great weekend getaway and birthday celebration for my wife. Could not have asked for a better host and house.

Lovely house with everything we needed. Clean, bright, and spacious. The beds and pillows were all extremely comfortable. Host was quick to respond to questions. Very easy to communicate with. We stay in this area once a year and this is our favorite house so far!

This is our 3rd time staying here and we love it. Always so clean and the host is wonderful. House has everything you need. The screened in back porch overlooking the lake is the best part of the house. We will definitely be coming back again

We stayed three days and three nights with our large family. We had a great and relaxing time! The lake house is beautiful, and we particularly enjoyed playing card games on the deck with screened-in porch one evening. We plan to stay again in the future. I highly recommend.

This is our 2nd year staying at TBCLH and we love it!! Booking and check in are easy. The owners are very accommodating and quick to respond to messages before and during our stay. The lake house is absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean!! The kitchen is stocked, including regular cook maker and Keurig! The view from the screened in porch has a fabulous view of the lake! Our group decided that TBCLH will be our gathering place from now on! If we could give it 10 stars, we would!! Book it, you won’t be sorry!!

We really enjoyed the adorable and well thought out house! The host has made this house so very warm and welcoming! The floor plan is great and the beds were very comfortable. The porch swing overlooking tje lake was the icing on The cake! We will defimitely be back!

Blue Cat was a great place and my friends and I had such a great time staying at this property. The views of the water on the back porch were amazing. This rental was beautiful and very clean. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to stay at Barren Lake.

We spent an amazing 3 day weekend at the Blue Cat House. The house was adorable and the best equipped of any place we have ever stayed! Hoping to go back again for a longer stay!

My family of 4 adults spent most of our time on the gorgeous screened in patio with swinging bed. We cooked meals in the nicely stocked modern kitchen and ate outside. Nice location for days trips to several places we were interested in: bourbon tour, cave tour & Corvette museum. Wheelchair accessible lodging is hard to find & Blue Cat Lakehouse was perfect for us.

We enjoy this place so much thay we keep coming back. It's always so clean, wells stocked home with everything we needed. We only had one issue with the microwave and it was fixed immediately. Owner ALWAYS respondes quickly to any questions. We will be back and as always many thanks

It is a lovely house. We enjoyed our stay immensely! The best parts of the house are the screened in deck, the swing on the deck and the walk in shower!! We had a great time :)

The Blue Cat was a great destination for the 6 of us as we visited Mammoth Cave. Lots of room, all amenities as advertised, and loved the screened porch with views of the lake and so many birds to listen to and watch.
