Cozy Lakefront Home with Private Dock, Grill, & Stunning Views– Near AT&T

This was quite a comfortable stay for my family ( 2 coming in from different states). It was nice to have dishes, utensils and cookware available for us! The park was a little bit of a hike, but a quick drive ( it was too hot to enjoy this visit). The lake made for beautiful sunrises/sunsets and simple fishing pleasures for the kids! ( even a pole available) would definately stay here again. One thing, we could’ve used more towels/washcloths!

The house was the perfect location we needed for the event we were attending somehow I did miss that the house is two-story. Not sure how I missed that but it worked out just fine. all the bedrooms were exactly what you see in the pictures. The only thing was there was no extra blankets for anyone who runs cold and basically the kitchen had everything we needed. We did not have salt and pepper so we needed to go to the store and get that. Beautiful home and would definitely stay there again.

The house was spacious. Had enough space for seven of us. The beds were comfortable. The house was not professionally cleaned at all, dust and dead bugs everywhere. The kitchen is not stocked if you wanted every day condiments such as salt or pepper, you’d have to go out and buy them. We even had to buy a frying pan because the ones they left in the house were all scratched and unusable. The host provided coffee grinds and tea, but we ended up buying our own. ample amount of towels and usage of the washer and dryer, which was a plus. The lake was calm and peaceful, but not clear at all. The backyard was nice to sit out and relax and take a break. My children enjoyed the fishing poles and box that was in the garage. The dock on the lake was a bit shaky I would not leave my kids out there alone. The house was in close driving distance to the baseball stadium, Fort Worth stockyards, Dallas and other attractions that we had planned.

The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and the kids loved the backyard. We did have to buy kitchen towels and a drying mat for dishes because we couldn’t find any. We would stay here again. It was close to Dallas for all the activities but in a quiet neighborhood.

Everything was great! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The house had everything that we needed with plenty of space. Hands down, it was an excellent stay.

The house looks like the pictures. All the bedding was dirty, had to wash all of them when we got there. Horrendous allergies during the whole trip. View was beautiful but the backyard was covered with the fern like leaves lost by the two giant trees and my dogs would get covered with them every time they get to go out. Very frustrating trying to pick everything out.

The house was very accommodating and the host always provided a quick response! The view is incredible and relaxing in a quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. This is a very clean & beautiful 2 story home equipped with all of the essentials! It is already beautifully decorated for the holidays! The checkout instructions were reasonable! Overall nice house. However, there were a few nits. No bags for trash can? The coffee pot was left with old coffee. The matters pad on master bedroom had red stuff on it. Lastly, the sink in the second bathroom needs maintenance.

Our stay was great. The house was clean and we were allowed early checkin. The house looks just as the listing described. A/C worked well. Beds were comfortable. The view of the lake was nice and being able to fish was a plus. I would recommend to others.

Fairly clean inside. Host was very accommodating to let us check in early before my daughters graduation so we could change after our 5 hour drive to town. I liked the master bed, memory foam, and slept well but my husband was not comfortable.AC works well. Patio furniture is comfortable, but did not open the umbrella shade bc of many spiders. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. The regular coffee grounds were nearly empty so we just bought some at the store with our other food. Fridge worked well with plenty of space. For the number of beds/4rooms, the price was about right. No bedrooms on bottom floor. No TVs in the rooms but we were exhausted from our daily plans anyway. We were comfortable on the living room sofas but they were perpendicular to the TV. Only room for 4-6 people to sit on sofas so others would sit at bar height table. This was fine. Water pressure was unsatisfactory- very hard to get my long hair rinsed. But hot shower was nice. My husband at 6’3” could not fit in the primary bedroom shower.Backyard was boasted as beautiful but this lake is quite dirty and the owner did not cut the backyard which was overgrown. There were very loud large military helicopter maneuvers both nights for hours past dark at 9pm. Not sure how common that is for the area. It was very disruptive to our conversation. Safety- there is only one deadbolt on front door but we had no problems during our stay. We did find 3 windows unlocked in morning. Overall, good stay.

Our group of 8 travels to a NASCAR race each year. We were very impressed with the Cozy Lakefront location. The home & the setting is very nice, plenty of room for 5 adults. The whole place was very clean, everything needed to make meals was available, beds were very comfortable. Only negatives would be that the shower water pressure is very low, & there are some rundown neighborhoods just outside where the home sits. We by no means felt unsafe. The immediate neighborhood is very nice!The home was close to Texas Motor Speedway, The Stockyards & Ft Worth/Dallas historical sites.We would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend the home.

Had a wonderful week with family in the DFW area! The house was clean and open, beds were comfy, the large dining room was our favorite for playing cards! Great views for sunrises and we were able to soak up so much sun in the backyard! The only criticism I would offer would be a few more dish towels and cookware for people staying longer who want to cook more meals. So easy to check in and out!! Great place!!

Enjoyed eating outside with a beautiful lake view. Close to a wonderful park with great walking trails. Clean home. Easy communication with host.

The house was very nice but one down fall was that the master bedroom bed sheets had dog hair all over and there was red marks on stuff upstairs

I stayed here for three nights with my sister, brother-in-lawand adult daughter. It was a perfect central location for usto visit Dallas, Fort Worth, and Grapevine. Loved seeingthe Dallas Baptist University across the lake!Would definitely recommend!

We had a awesome time at the lake house everything was beautiful and clean. It was just as expected large comfortable bedrooms and ffurniture.

This VRBO was very clean and well decorated. The host is so kind, respectful, and responsive. We weren’t sure what necessities were required and was ecstatic the home was equipped with all the essentials - toilet paper, paper towels, cookware, dinnerware, etc. We had a party of 5 and it worked out perfectly with the 4 bedrooms. The beds were all comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. The closets all had hangers. The first floor was very spacious and it was very accommodating for the house to have two dining tables for our party. The backyard was nice and the view of the lake was breathtaking! We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the deck. The host is very kind and responded immediately with questions we had. I’d love to be able to stay here again and highly recommend it!

My friends and I went to a play at AT&T. We were 10 minutes from the venue. Shopping was good. Close grocery stores . View was amazing and we went to nearby Gateway Church. It was a most amazing weekend experience! Highly suggest this place! Take all food items.

Our recent stay was absolutely delightful! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house itself is charming, full of character, and beautifully maintained, offering that perfect balance of comfort and style. Our room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It really made the space feel special. We also loved waking up to the serene views of lake. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, close to where we need to get to our destination. We had such a great experience and can't wait to return! If you're looking for a quiet, charming getaway all the comforts of home, We Highly Recommend!

Overall the house was nice and so was location. BUT... When you get to front door you are greeted with about 3or4 bee hives, the downstairs a/c would not come off of 63 decrease, the water pressure was so low that it took for ever to rinse off. Out back there ants around the rear door and all over the dock. The neighbors had a dog that wouldn't stop barking.

This stay was amazing!!! The house lacked nothing!! Beautiful views in the back yard. This was the best place I’ve ever stayed at!!
