Cozy lakefront home on Ossipee Lake, w/beach, dock and amazing view.

Beautiful view , beautiful cottage, pleasant owners , everything we needed !

The husband of this property owner we assume, or someone they knew, was staying next door and made our stay feel like we were being watched the whole time. From the moment we got there and were and were unloading cars, we instantly got contacted our cars were not parked okay. While we were unpacking. Then in order to be able to get out of our car we had to park a certain distance from the house, but we were too close to the other houses driveway or property line.

The lakehouse was perfect. Literally just a couple feet to the water. We had seven people for our visit and everyone was comfortable, enjoyed the patio all day and evening.

This is a wonderful home on the water! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Great location - steps away from the water. Very peaceful and scenic.

We didn’t want for a thing. The house was equipped with all your cooking and comfort needs, fans, air conditioning, extra pillows etc.. The house checked every box. Location, literally right on the water, beautiful screened in porch, beautiful bunkhouse, plenty of seating inside and outside, plenty of games, towels and more. All you needed to bring was ur clothes and your bathing suits! Even a dock for a boat rental or your own boat! There was also wood for the fire pit. Can’t wait for another stay! Thank you Barbara and Pete for a perfect, relaxing time at your exceptionally clean cozy home! Oh sunrises from the porch were amazing! Linda and Charlie

We came here for a long weekend with our family and it was the perfect spot. Quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighbors who also had kids and played with ours. Beautiful location. Cannot wait to come back already!

Very clean and cozy home. Anything that a guest would need is already at the home and very well organized. Just steps to the waters edge with a terrific view from the screened in porch. Seeing a Moose cross the lake and coming a shore two houses from this home was a bonus. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing get away, this is the place.

Loved every minute of my September stay. House is beautiful and very welcoming. Besides the cottage and bunkhouse, the screened-in porch is amazing. Beach, dock and water access is great. Hosts are so nice. Loved that they were close by and very accessible. I’m already looking towards a return in 2025.

Clean, nicely decorated, cozy cottage.. great communication with property owner, dock and sandy beach with a million dollar view of the water.. also great spot to see the sunrise and sunsets! Our best stay on Ossipee!

This property was wonderful for our young family. Fantastic view from screened in porch. A great sandy beach that was nice and shallow for our two young kids (6&5) to swim. Owner was great to work with.

This place was great!!!! Very clean. Beautiful decor. The only down would be the bedrooms are a bit small but I found the beds very comfortable. I would highly recommend renting this house.

The property and home are immaculate and equipped with everything you need! Loved the small touches like floats for the lake, water to make coffee, and wood and kindling for the fire pit. We will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful mid week stay at this newly updated cottage located on Lake Ossipee. As soon as we walked through the doors, you could immediately tell this cottage was freshly updated/new! The beds were comfortable, bathroom & kitchen were clean. The kitchen had all the dishes, glasses, and utensils you need. The direct access to the lake was perfect! We enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch area every evening! I would definitely book this rental again!

Fantastic long weekend getaway for our family. Enjoyed every moment we were there. The place was clean, cozy, and well equipped for the lake life. Great place to relax and get away from it all. Swimming, night fires with smores, close to restaurants. Would recommend to all !!

The house was clean and beautifully renovated. It had all the kitchen items we needed along with bath towels and linens. It is right next to the water and has a beautiful beach that was perfect for our 21 month old daughter to play in. We had the best vacation here and plan to come again next summer!

Great little lake house steps from the lake. Very nice sandy beach and shallow water out front perfect for a family with young children.
