Cozy Lakefront Home; Close to skiing and waterparks

Had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was clean on arrival. The hot tub was also very clean and ready for use. The host are excellent at responding to any questions and were very welcoming.

We absolutely loved Jen's house. The welcome packet was so detailed, the house so well cleaned, and so many amenities provided! The house is also perfectly located halfway in between Big Boulder and Jack Frost if you want to ski both mountains one weekend!

Really enjoyed going into the hot tub after skiing! And sitting by a fire at night! So cozy!

The property was clean and comfy. They had all the stuff needed for a wonderful stay. The hosts were responsive to texts and calls. Easy access to property and close to grocery stores as well.

This house was perfect for two couples! The house was clean and cozy and nestled in the woods not far from the highway. Proximity to the lake was great too!

Beautiful and cozy with a beautiful balcony with a lake in the backyard. Close to all needed shops, restaurants, etc... Very comfortable place for a weekend retreat and more. The hot tub was amazing, kayaks were fun, and 2 comfy living rooms to chill and watch a movie. Owner is super responsive. Its also close to many hiking trails that are gorgeous, like waterfalls!

The house is right by highway 940. There is constant noise of cars and trucks which you see and hear from the porch. We left early because the noise was so bad. If you don’t mind this, the rest of the house is as advertised. Hosts respond quickly to texts.

Check in was easy and the goat was very easy to communicate with.

Perfect getaway with river side view. Hammocks to relax in or dry yourself off after a nice dip in the hot tub. Bedrooms were tidy and comfortable. Enjoyed access to the kayaks and firepit. Overall, it was a delightful stay.

Great location and amenities, which were perfect for our holiday weekend trip! Hosts were proactive (reaching out days in advance) and responsive to all of our communication during the stay.

Awesome place. The host had all the amenities you could think of and some you didn’t even think of.Had a nice time on the lake with the canoe/kayaks provided and hubby said there was a nice honey hole off the bank for fish. Community area was a nice surprise.Hot tub was a great added bonus!

My brother, 2 cousins and I came to the area for our 1st golf weekend. It was a perfect spot in the area to get around. Close to Scranton.The hot tub was nice to rest in. The grill was great. Sleeping was wonderful. We even got a game of clue in!Thank you for the great stay! We will be back.

Man, this getaway was truly fantastic. Property Host Jen is so welcoming and informative on everything you need to know. This place was truly fantastic to escape reality with my girlfriend for my birthday weekend. Complete peace and sanctuary. We will be back again. :)

My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The place was nice and clean. The only issue we had was the strong smell of campfire upon entering the house (from the fireplace) this was communicated to the owner. We made due and still had a great stay.

We had a short trip to the poconos and this little gem was perfect for our trip .

We had a great time at Jen’s place. Very close to JFBB, grocery store and Wawa.

Property location is perfect for BBJF. Owner was very responsive and helpful. The property is what it is, a little older but you're not paying a premium rate so you shouldn't be surprised. Overall very happy with our stay. One thing just FYI, although home is cozy, the downstairs was cool and the upstairs will dry you up. If dry air bothers you a vaporizer may be helpful.

Beautiful location right on the water. The host was very responsive. It was extra chilly when we were there so we did not get a chance to enjoy the water, but would like to return again in the future.

The house had everything we needed... hot tub, kayaks, fire pit and fishing. The house was very clean when we arrived. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely keep this place in mind if we're in the area again. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
