Welcome to our newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom lake house, perfectly situated right on High Rock Lake. Designed for families and groups up to 7, the layout prioritizes open living, stunning lake views, and direct access to water fun.

Property Layout & Flow

The home is a single-level ranch that flows seamlessly from the open-concept living space to the waterfront.

Main Living Area: Upon entering, you step into the bright, open great room. The area combines the living room (featuring a comfortable sectional with a pull-out sleeper sofa) and the main dining space. This entire area is lined with windows offering expansive views of the lake.

The Kitchen:

The fully updated kitchen is open to the dining area, making meal prep social. It features modern stainless steel appliances and ample counter space.

Sleeping Quarters: The three private bedrooms are strategically located off the main living area for quiet and comfort.

Deck Access: Back door lead directly from the living space onto the expansive, furnished lakeside deck.

Primary Mode of Transport: Car is Essential

The area around High Rock Lake and Lake Drive is a peaceful, rural setting that offers great privacy and nature access. However, it is not served by public transportation, often.

A personal vehicle is absolutely necessary to explore the local attractions, pick up groceries, and enjoy downtown Lexington.

Parking: Guests will find ample free parking available right at the property.

Lake Access (The Main Draw)

For guests primarily focused on the water, getting around by boat is the most important transportation feature:

On-Site Boat Parking: Guests are welcome to bring their boat/jet skis and use the private driveway to park available on-site. NO Boat Slip and NO Ramp access on property

Public Access: Nearby public boat ramps or marinas (e.g., Tamarac Marina, Second Creek Access) are the primary way guests will access the lake if they rent or trailer a boat.

Ride-Sharing and Taxis (Limited Availability)

While ride-sharing services are technically available, be advised, the service in a rural/lake setting is minimal.

Uber/Lyft: Ride-sharing services like Uber are available in Lexington but wait times and availability can be highly variable, especially late at night or early in the morning. It is generally not reliable for a quick trip or immediate need.

Taxis: Traditional taxi service is minimal in the lake area.
