Stayed Nov 12, 2025The house was nice and a great size to accommodate family that flew in for our daughter's wedding. When we did have an issue, it was resolved.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025My family of 14 gathered here for a summer vacation. The location was beautiful and secluded. The home was clean and the air conditioning work great in the hot Texas summer. The layout of the house suited our needs very well allowing space between the living room and back bedrooms, so the toddlers could sleep while the rest of us stayed up later. The open kitchen, dining, living area enabled us all to be together hanging out and playing games. The large covered patio provided plenty of space for toddler activities, and we all enjoyed walking around gathering flowers and watching the donkeys. The beds were comfortable and there was great water pressure in all the showers. I definitely recommend this home as a comfortable, relaxing space. Hopefully, it will be available for us to come back next summer.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024Everything was great! Clean and well kept. I will say the bunk beds are on the floor. It didn’t bother us but it was unexpected.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were in town for our son’s wedding at D’Vine Grace Vineyard and the house was the perfect location as right down the road from the venue and it was large enough to accommodate our large family.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024The house is cute & the countryside is beautiful! Can tell the house was remodeled and most likely is a quick fashion. Glass everywhere outside to where kids had to have on shoes. Shower faucet in two different bathrooms fell straight out of the wall when we started showers. Propane tanks were empty and we had to go to town and fill it ourselves. One positive is the AC kept up with the house & was cool and comfortable in this Texas heat. Not sure we would come back but worked for what we needed.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Overall stay was good. A bit disappointed there was no lake access and lawn was not well maintained. Other than that the house was nice and clean. I recommend replacing couch. Couch to low to ground difficult for elderly parents to sit and get up. Also recommended extra lininings for up stairs bedroom with the sectional or suggest a full size bed for that room.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024We rented the house for a team retreat. We had 20 people and there were not enough towels for everyone to shower, we had to go to the store and buy towels for people to use. Some of the dishes and the floor were dirty. In one of the rooms, a team member found some shards of glass on the floor.
