Great house, great location, will definitely try to get it again on our next visit to Colorado Springs!

Good location. Lovely home. Great fenced backyard for our dog. Had everything we could want for a wonderful visit to Colorado Springs to visit our son at USAFA! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was there to make our stay comfortable, including kitchen appliances. Was not able to enjoy the backyard, due to neighbors dogs, but that is out of the control of the property manager.

The place was great. It was nice to have a fenced backyard for our dog and a hot tub for the kids.

This was a perfect place to explore Colorado Springs for the weekend. We had a dog with us so the fenced in backyard was awesome! We could enjoy the hot tub on the patio and our dog could also enjoy the fresh air too. The house was super clean and our host left us some essentials, like milk and coffee for our stay, which was super thoughtful! I highly recommend booking this place if you can!

This place was the best family pad I could've asked for to take six kids to camp at Air Force Academy! Great location, tons of bedrooms and couches to flop onto, games and all the kitchen we needed. Would stay here again next year.

My family and I stayed at this property in May 2026. We were so busy on our trip exploring Colorado that we did not have time to enjoy the game room or the hot tub/patio area, but it was nice knowing that those things were available to us if we had the time. The house was clean, the rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The view from the dining area of Pikes Peak was incredible. The house is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood and it was just a short drive to stores and restaurants. I appreciated the snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived after a long travel day. I would definitely stay at this home again!

It was one of the most cleanest places that we had stayed. Chad was amazing through out the entire time. I usually have to take everything with me but I was so impressed that he provided it all! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. We hope to stay again

We loved this property! My kids keep mentioning how much they loved it! Hot tub was great! We used it everyday! Loved all the different levels of the house and how each had its purpose! Very clean! Manager was great!!

Clean rooms. Hot tub had some flyaways from the trees but it didn’t stop anything. It was helpful to have the baby high chair. Plethora of games for the tv.

My stay at this home was absolutely delightful. Great location, the amenities provided were top-notch. I would highly recommend this home. Chad was the best host. We have stayed at plenty of vacation rentals but this was by far the best experience we have had. Chad was very welcoming and accommodating. The house itself was cute, and very well kept. Everything worked and was clean. There was a welcome book in the kitchen with suggested places to visit and eat. Would definitely recommend booking this house if you're planning a visit to this area.

Everything was fantastic! The host was so kind and caring. It’s a large, very clean home, with great amenities, and the beds were so comfortable. We slept so well! We would highly recommend this place, and we will stay here again if we are ever in the area.

This place is everything we expected! Very comfortable for my family of 5 and our pups. The large kitchen area is great! We loved hanging out in the den watching movies. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. House was stocked with snacks and coffee and some drinks in the fridge. Plenty of spices and condiments as well. The beds are super comfy too! We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We will book again if we are ever in the area.

The home was so inviting, the kitchen had everything needed to cook like I was at home. The bedrooms very spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Living room and game room kept us entertained. We didn't get to use the hot tub but Chad had it ready just in case we needed to, and it was a beautiful tub. Overall I absolutely would stay again.

We highly recommend this property in Colorado Springs! We enjoyed the exceptionally clean home and felt right at home! The owner Chad left snacks and milk and coffee which was very much appreciated! He replied with a text anytime we had a question. There was enough space to give everyone some room to relax and yet be just around the corner. The beds and sheets and pillows were all so comfortable. The hot tub and pool table were definitely family favorites! Easy check and a fabulous stay!

Wonderful! Chad was a great host! He was friendly, communicative, and responsive. The house was very comfortable for my mom and I and my seven year old twins, as well as our dogs. The house was clean with super comfy beds and pillows. The yard was great and the game room was a huge hit with the kids. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the fact that we were offered early check in. When we walked in the house was very clean, we even had snacks, brand new orange juice, and milk that were also offered to us as well. We really enjoyed the pool table, the tv due to the sound system making it feel like we were in a movie theater at home. We mostly cooked at home too so we really enjoyed the kitchen a lot. The only thing I would say that really concerns me still is the fact that the side gate to the backyard was left open and we also had our puppy with us who luckily is very clinging and does what he has to do and just waits by the door once he done but if not he could’ve gotten out. Other than that we really did enjoy the house with our dog and we’re happy we booked here !

This house had everything we needed (and more). When we weren't out exploring, we played pool and Mario Kart on the Wii. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Chad was great with communication and made check in and out very easy.

The property was just as listed in the discerption and my wife and I were comfortable. It is pet friendly and does have a hot tub in the back yard that is private. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It's close enough to everything we wanted to do while staying there, so that is a plus. Overall we were pleased and would stay here again.

I've stayed here several times and it's always fantastic. The square footage and quality of the space is fantastic for the price. We hosted our corporate retreat here and everyone loved outdoor space, hot tub and game room. The beds were comfy, and we especially appreciate the low check out requirements. It's what vacation rentals were like back in the day. We will be back!

The house was clean and well stocked. Just the right amount of rooms, beds and bathrooms for our lager group. We got great use out of the Wii, billiards table, back yard and hot tub. Great location for seeing all the sites. The host was very accommodating and provided lots of information.

This was hands down the BEST stay we have had!It was very clean. The home was well thought out for travelers! Literally you could pack your clothing and go. Just a few of the thoughtful things: Extra pillows blankets linens, single use toiletries in every bathroom, juice, milk, snacks, area guides, baby gear, games. It was apparent that the hosts put thought into their home! Thanks so much!

We had a great time. The house was spacious, with a great layout. Our host were easy to work with and when the Keurig stopped working, they quickly brought in another one to make sure we had our morning coffee. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

So much room in this property. There are 2.5 bathrooms and a nice hot tub area. We enjoyed the extra living spaces and the Wii games. Great location.

This property was just what we were hoping for! It was super clean, had all the amenities we needed, and more! The property owner left us milk, juice, and snacks for all of us! There were plenty of towels, and shampoo/conditioner/soap stocked! There’s a Laundry room with all the essentials as well! Our kids enjoyed the hot tub each night, and I was able to cook in a fully stocked (for cooking) kitchen! They even had spices and condiments available! Chad was very communicative and kind as well. We were in C springs for a wedding. My husband, 3 adult kids and I had plenty of room in this well laid out home. The different living areas gave everyone their own space and privacy. The hot tub was the perfect place to relax and we ate every meal on the lovely patio! Highly Recommend!!

Our stay was great! The house is clean and maintained. You walk in the door and all the emergency numbers ate right there. There was an i formation book on the counter. Snacks on the counter and milk and juice in the fridge. Beds were comfortable. The hottub was amazing. We also used the grill. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. This property was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The hot tub was wonderful and the many games provided kept everyone happy. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare our breakfast before heading out for the day or just grab the snack Chad provided. The beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate! This property is just as it says. Cozy and comfortable! Chad was excellent to work with. Everything supplied in this home was upscale. Beds were very comfortable. Convenient location to the springs and Garden of the Gods. We took a day and drove to the mountains for skiing. We are frequent visitors to the springs; we will definitely be staying here again!

We loved the house from the moment we entered! It was clean, spacious, and had all the extras of home and more to make it our home-away-from-home for a long weekend. You can see Pike's Peak from the kitchen window!! We hiked Garden of the Gods at the spur of the moment one morning - it's about 15 minutes away. The hot tub was amazing! By far the best host we have ever had! Chad notified me before areiving letting me know I could check in as early as possible and let us check out as late as we wanted to as the property was scheduled to be cleaned following day. Will stay here again if we have to go back

Very cozy stay. We had driven through a blizzard for 12 hours and he let us check in early thankfully! Was very accommodating and helpful! Kids loved the game room.

Our stay was great! It was the perfect place for what we were needing. The host is very thoughtful and everything you need is here.

We stayed at the property for two nights. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. The pool cues were missing tips and he came over within the hour to deliver new cues. the property was clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortably. We would stay again and recommend to anyone going to that area in the future.

We were there for a long weekend with mixed aged kids and the house was amazing. The game room worked perfectly for the kids to laugh, play, and veg out. The TV room has seating for the rest of us and we were able to watch a football game that we thought we’d miss being out of state! The rooms were great and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were fully stocked and had great conversation starter faucets. The location was great for what we needed, I thought the road would be busier, so that was a pleasant surprise that it wasn’t. We would definitely stay here again. The space is large and communication with host was excellent!Nice touch with adding the milk, oj, butter and snacks and Wifi was very high and efficient will have no problem with connecting several people.Television had all the streaming services loaded as well with a very large screen and a wood burning fireplace.The Christmas tree was festive as well.While the decor is outdated and showing wear and tear and house on a busy street, nice that we had a garage to park in. There is a small cull de sac to park at, however my son received a note on his windshield stating he was parking in someone's parking spot.This is a City Street, not assigned parking.We did not experience any street noise, and close to everything.Enough room to spread out and enjoy privacy-great that we could bring our small dog as well. However, our concern was the beds are also very high making it a concern that we did not want to have our small dog jumping from.Don't hesitate to reserve this house if available, you will not be dissapointed.

The house was very spacious and furniture very comfortable. Kitchen was very nice and easy to cook in. Loved the supplies the owner provided. Abundant towels provided which was so nice. My son lives in the area so we will be returning in a few months and staying at another property of this owner. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and would stay here again if it were available. Chad is excellent and so easy to communicate with.

This was a fantastic home for our group of 4. Everything was in top shape and VERY CLEAN! i communicated with Chad prior to arriving and he was very accomodating to us! Thank you Chad for making our trip memorable!

We wanted a place to spend family time and this house was ideal. Clean and very well stocked! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top of four levels. Kitchen and living room were on level 3. Family room, 1/2 bath, washer and dryer and the garage are level two. And the game room and one bedroom are in the lowest level. The kitchen is well stocked and was perfect for needs! There are stairs between spaces.

The pool table and hot tub was a huge hit! Great location, pretty central neighborhood, little further from Garden of the Gods, 20m commute to downtown Tejon St! Can sleep up to 8 or so, was a bit big for us, but it still met all our needs and met every box
