Cozy House perfect to enjoy the lake with Beach & Boat launch 2 minutes drive.

Very thoughtful layout to property that doesnt leave you wanting. It's very clean and modern with everything you could want and need for a great stay. The home is conveniently close to everything Lake Geneva has to offer with nearly everything within a 10min drive. Highly recommend to all visiting!

Home was very clean and host was very helpful when crazy weather moved in the area. Kept us informed and let us know safest place to stay in the home if severe weather came in. Power did go out but generator popped on right away and Alez kept us informed all along. Highly recommend!!

This property was a good fit if you want to be in the geneve lake area but do not need to be in Fontana or Lake Geneva. The house is big with lots of functional spaces. We lacked for enough beds(and knew this going into it) but if you are couples rather than single it should be fine. A basically empty garage is a bonus plus a very nice deck for eating outside.

My kids and I were able to relax and enjoy the Lake Geneva area while in town for a funeral. The home was very clean and was close to amenities which made our stay enjoyable, given the circumstances. Check-in was easy and the home was stocked with all the little things needed.

Bathroom bedding and Kitchen was excellently stocked. Although pets are not allowed, there was a pet odor which was strong upon entering the place but became manageable the longer you stayed. The back porch had pet prints on it

The house was great! Super well-equipped kitchen, all supplies you can think of were there. Very nice overall layout with open kitchen, comfy living area, good dining area, great outdoor spaces (that we did not get to use). The house is very well taken care of and communication with the owner was easy, welcoming and prompt.

Lovely home with very responsive host. Only problem was the wrong address was listed. We tried to get into the wrong house!

Alex and Sean are fabulous hosts. They think of everything. This is our third summer staying in the house for 8-10 weeks each time. The lake is only 1 mile down the road and there is a public pier to use for swimming. Lots of great place to eat nearly. Don’t miss going to Pearce’s farm stand if you are there in the July-Oct timeframe.Couldn’t have been happier with the house and the location.

The house is beautiful and filled with excellent amenities. My cousins and I are looking forward to staying next year.

This home was accurately described and very clean. It had everything we needed and comfortable, along with being tastefully decorated as a plus. We definitely would stay here again.

Stayed for a golf trip and the place was perfect.

The house was beautiful and roomy with awesome sky lights. The beds were so comfy. The tvs were easy to operate (so important)! It was easy to get in and out of the house. Nice outside areas. We saw so many deer when going down the street to the lake. Also gorgeous sunsets! Close enough to go into chicago but far enough away to enjoy the countryside. We will definitely stay here again.

We took a long weekend away from the city with 5 girls. The couch was a perfect size for us all to loungw and the house was 10-15 minutes drive/uber from anywhere we wanted to go. Prefect getaway!
