Stayed Sep 19, 2025We were town for our daughter’s wedding. Location was central to shopping, services and restaurants. Child friendly was not a priority for us.We had a couple questions and our host was quick to respond and very friendly.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Let me say right off the bat the only reason I can’t give the property a 5 was because of the street condition at the time of our stay. The city was putting in water mains and we had no access to parking near the house. The next family that says there should not face the same situation. That being said, the house was ideal for my wife and I, both in our mid-70’s. The neighbors are friendly and it’s a wonderful area of town. Royal Oak is very centrally located. The communication between the owner and I was no problem whatsoever. Here’s the best recommendation I could give. When my wife and I visit family again in southeast Michigan we will see if the house is available. Thanks Moe!!!

Stayed Sep 10, 2024The pictures generally accurately capture the property's features. One great feature not mentioned in the listing is the completely fenced backyard, which was great for our small fur baby. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. The house is not walkable distance to restaurants, but those are not far away. The property manager communicated with us promptly and clearly, and was very flexible with our requests.

Stayed Apr 21, 2024Host was responsive. Lovely neighborhood, great home for a toddler with lots of busy toys inside and small swing set outside. House in good location for shopping, groceries and resturants.
