Stayed Nov 22, 2025Cute little space. Was a little freaked out when I discovered it was part of a larger house but it was very private. There’s no kitchen available. Did have a small fridge and coffee pot. Yard was kind of a mess but has a lot of potential to be nice! Has a nice back porch area. The neighborhood was a little sketchy as I’ve seen in all the reviews but it was okay. Jorge was very accommodating! Sent a message when we got in to find out how to adjust the air and he said he could do it for us and it came on immediately and then he checked with us on the temp next morning.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025Very convenient to downtown- 2.5 miles, 8 min drive to the river walk! Quiet area and we had no issues with the property whatsoever! The area of the property is a tad bit rundown, but wasn't an issue for us. We were only there to sleep! The property is very cozy!
