Thank for Ervin, for renting us your lovely house. Everything was just perfect. Both indoor and outdoor area lived fully up to our expectations. Everything was clean and in great condition. Only two minor drawbacks - pool could be warmer and internet could be better. But these small things did not erase our 5 Star experience. Our best recommendations to this property

We stayed for a week in Rovinjsko Selo with our dog and we felt very comfortable. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay and beyond. The pool was used daily by us. The house is quiet yet central to explore Istria. Ervin is very friendly and helpful and was always approachable for us. We recommend the house in any case and we are sure that we will come back.

This house is just the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in this part of Croatia. It is cosy, comfortable and well-equiped. We wanted for nothing during the week we stayed and just loved having the pool to enjoy at the end of a long day in the sun. The village itself is small (a shop and a couple of bars) but Rovinj is just down the road and a great place for restaurants and bars. As a mature couple, this house was just perfect and we loved every minute of our stay. Finally, Ervin who lives next door and looked after us during our stay was fantastic. I cannot recommend this villa enough to two people looking for a relaxing break in a wonderful country.

We have stayed in many apartments all over Europe and we would be hard-pressed to find an affordable property that has most of the bells and whistles American travelers expect when traveling abroad. This property scored 99.9%! The location is quiet (a must for us) and convenient. Heat and AC which we did not need. Pool was lovely to sit by and we used the gas grill for 2 meals. It was SO nice to have the 1/2 bath on the ground floor along with the washer. Temps were perfect for the solar dryer! There is no microwave or toaster (imagine) so we used the convection oven for warming and the broiler for toasting (worked just fine). A good sized frig and freezer were appreciated. Suzi was a dream to work with and quick to reply to emails. 10 thumbs up!

Just got home from another stay in Apartment Ester, in the beautiful Croatian area of Istria. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in the one bedroom house and we will be booking yet again for next year as it offers everything that we love in a holiday. The location is great; the village of Rivinjsko Selo has everything that you need - a bakery, bars, little supermarket and a decent restaurant. It's just a few km away from Rovinj, which is beautiful. I am a keen cyclist so Apartment Ester is well placed for exploring the local areas, such as the Limski Kanal, by bike. The little house is just perfect with a great pool for cooling off and a nice, private decking area for relaxing and eating. The attention to detail in the property is meticulous and everything has been very well thought out. There is a washing machine, dish washer, wifi, gas BBQ, lots of fluffy white towels and even a computer, if you didn't want to bring your own laptop. Ervine is extremely helpful, friendly and always on hand if you need anything. We have stayed in many countries, in many holiday properties across Europe but this is, by far, our absolute favourite! Thank you to Ervine and his family for another wonderful holiday in Croatia. We can't wait to go back!

We booked this beautiful villa for a week stay. Suzanna was extremely helpful with the reservation and Ervin provided access late on a Saturday night, along with a few essential purchases, as the shops were closed by the time we arrived. The property is well stocked with everything you would need for a great stay including sun loungers, towels and a barbecue. Situated 5 mins drive from beautiful Rovinj, in a small village with 2 supermarkets and a couple of cafes. We relied on taxis for the evenings out into town which were reasonably priced at around 120HRK each way. We thoroughly recommend the villa. It was very clean, modern and great value for money. The pool was a super asset especially as the weather was scorching at over 34 degrees during our visit. Thanks for your hospitality and we hope to visit again !
