I couldn't be happier about the house we stayed in for our short trip to Colorado Springs. It was indeed cozy and fulfilled all our needs. It was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. The house location was close to everything, so we never had to travel very far. The host always answered my emails promptly and was very nice. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation needs.

The house was absolutely perfect for what I needed! I felt very safe there! And they had the best towels!!

The kitchen was fully equipped-the host even stocked the refrigerator with milk and orange juice with snacks available as well.Fireplace warmed us in the cold mornings.Bathrooms were stocked well for guest usage. Beds were comfortable, fans in each room, phone chargers readily available.We appreciated the baby high chair and pack n play as we had an 8 month old with us. Thank you Chad for the great communication.

This property was such a great find! We loved the big yard for our two pups, and we especially loved that there was grass. Most other properties we looked at only had rock. The rooms were comfortable and we loved the bathrooms. Nice and clean. Having access to the garage was a huge plus! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone with pets. It is a great find that is spacious and comfortable for the whole family. The host was so kind and quick to respond.

As like our last stay 2 years ago, our visit in December was perfect. Chad is a perfect host. Immediate replies to questions was very welcomed (included a last minute trip change that Chad accommodated). The house was warm, cozy and welcoming (and is always very well-stocked). All of the furniture is updated and very comfortable. When you stay at this Cozy House All To Yourself, it really is like staying at your Home Away From Home in Colorado. Thank you Chad for your hospitality. Our family will be back!

The house was nice and cozy and the beds were comfortable. The showers were hot and honestly it was excellent all around. There were fruit snacks (which my kids enjoyed so thank you) and other snacks and they were appreciated after a 11hr drive from Dallas. The outside had a great fenced backyard do my little Pomeranians and the outside furniture added an excellent spot to sit and drink coffee. We stay in Colorado frequently and we’d definitely stay again!

House was spacious clean smelled great nice size backyard to enjoy the cool fresh air neighborhood was quiet which I really liked.

Our host tried to think of our needs, from having fresh milk and juice in the refrigerator to the welcoming comments. We arrived late in the day. Having milk there was so thoughtful. The house was very clean, and the host had excellent communication with me.

My husband and I stayed at Chad's house while visiting relatives this month. We have stayed here before and even planned our travel to Colorado Springs when Chad's house was available. We have stayed in many homes all over the country and overseas over the years and by far this is our favorite in Colorado. The house is super clean and he always has lots of amenities. Chad is easy to communicate with. The house is convenient to all of the main roads to go see the sights and the neighborhood is super quiet. If you are looking for a place to stay in Colorado Springs this is it. You won't regret it!

Check in was good, the host even messaged us that we could check in early. Kitchen was great! We didn't use it much, we were out a lot.

We enjoyed the house so very much!!! It was a beautiful house!!! The patio was amazing!!! And the little extra touches where truly appreciated!!! The grandson loved having a treat waiting for him!!! We will return again!!! We have stayed at many places and this was the best!!! I debated on leaving the review out of fear it will be booked when we want it! But it's worth the wait!!!

We stayed here when in town for my oldest son’s wedding. The house was clean and so many little extras were in the house to make our stay so comfortable! Host was very quick to reply and check-in was so easy. We really enjoyed our stay even though we weren’t at the house much since we were running around getting wedding things done…it was nice to come back to comfortable beds each night!

Myself and 2 of my sisters stayed here for 3 nights while in Colorado Springs to visit family, friends and a bit of sightseeing. This location was great for us. We were 10-15 minutes from family and friends and within a half hour to several sightseeing locations. The owner, Chad was very quick to respond and check in was flawless. Appreciated parking inside garage, felt very safe in this neighborhood. We loved having a comfortable home/seating for relaxing and visiting together and each having our own bedroom, 2 full baths and a half bath downstairs in seating/tv area! So much better than a hotel. Very thoughtful host even provided snack basket and basic amenities. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to visit!!! Very clean and decorated nicely, super cozy with a fireplace!

We rented for 3 months while we waited for our new home to be built. Chad (our host) was incredibly responsive to our questions and so friendly & easy to interact with. The fenced yard was great for our pets and the beds and couches were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt totally safe there. It was a great location too!

As advertised, nice single family home with good bedroom sizes and lots of common areas. We liked that there was a garage for our car to stay out of the snow.

Super cozy- host shoveled every morning, fireplace was definitely used, nicely stocked kitchen and very clean house! Host even shoveled back patio and path onto the grass for our little toy poodle! We were all very comfortable and would definitely stay again in the next history making snow storm- lol

We were so impressed with this property last year that we booked our annual trip (4 adults) there again. Easy check-in/out, excellent communication with Chad. Such a comfortable home, plenty of room to spread out, but also really enjoyed dinners together in the dining room & hours of talk time on the back patio & in the mornings in front of the fireplace. Took many long walks along streets lined with trees sporting blazing fall color in the incredibly quiet neighborhood. House is well equipped & a short drive to anything else you might need or want. The 3 guys in our group visited & highly recommend the superb Ntl Museum of WWII Aviation. Chad makes this house the VRBO gem that it is with his care & personal attention.

I traveled with 2 friends from Louisiana to Colorado Springs. We belong to a group called GRITS for Girls Raised in the South. We had a lot of fun there and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Chad has a very lovely kitchen with keurig coffees. We are all tea drinkers so it would have been nice to have some tea options but it was not a huge issue. The bedrooms were so lovely and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and he has tower fans in each which was a lovely touch. Lots of hangers and 2 luggage stands in each closet which was great! He has a hallway linen closet with lots of towels so we never ran out. Lovely and thoughtful. In the basement were a washer and dryer and some detergent. We didn’t need to use it but it was nice knowing it was there if we needed it. The neighborhood is quite nice as well. One day when we returned to the house there was a family of deer grazing in the front yard. It’s a quiet neighborhood, never had a problem with noise. Convenient to so many things and stores. We all slept great and there is a little patio area off the den which was nice for sitting and reading. Chad was very responsive to our questions. We would absolutely love to stay at this house if we are in Colorado Springs again. Perfect in every way.

We loved our stay at this house! It was absolutely gorgeous, with lots of areas to spread out, comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, and a beautiful neighborhood. The kitchen had a selection of coffee and snacks, plus a few extras in the fridge. We would definitely book this again!

Communication with the owner is fantastic. The house was perfect with a fenced yard for our older boxer. Super quiet neighborhood. Great home away from home.

The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed

My husband and I stayed at Chad's house for 4 nights this month. We have stayed at VRBO's many times, both in the United States and in Europe. I have to say that his house was one of our favorites. I was worried at first because I have bad allergies and he does allow pets. I did not have any allergy problems at all which told me that the house was very clean. We found it to be very comfortable all around and the neighborhood was super quiet, even on a warm Friday night. Chad responded quickly to all of my messages which was nice. We were there to take care of family so didn't get to tour around very much but getting to the main roads was very easy and convenient. We did cook meals and found that the kitchen had everything we needed. The photos show a Keurig single machine but there is also a full size coffee maker in the cabinet. It was also very nice to have phone chargers on the night stands so at night we could just set our phone on it and wake up to a fully charged phone. We would definitely stay there if the house is available when we return to Colorado Springs later this year.
