The name Cozy house is perfect for this rental. Everything about the house cozy and petfect for my sister and I. I wish we would have got to the house earlier so we could have spent more time on the front porch or by the fire pit. We will definately keep this house in mind when we are looking for a place to stay again in 2026 during our next reunion

I had a wonderful stay at the Cozy House in Michigan City, In. The property is pristine, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The decorations are 1st class and the attention to detail was impressive (down to the variety of device chargers in each bedroom.). I had just a lovely stay and would definitely choose this property again. Thanks for a memorable week.

Very cozy land beautiful home

Sheyrl and Radek were very personable and attentive to our requests. They have a delightful cozy house that is impeccable!

My husband and I were looking for a place along the southern shore of Lake Michigan while our daughter was at a camp in South Bend. This was a perfect location, close to clean beaches, Indiana Dunes, lots of great farmers markets in New Buffalo, excellent restaurant choices and a great week away. Would definitely love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay and girls weekend at this location, everything was so clean and perfectly accommodated all of our needs! Would recommend staying here if in the area again!

The house itself was nicely decorated and stocked. We ran into some issues such as the a/c not staying on, the floors squeaking loudly with each step (not ideal when you’re trying to put a one year old down) and the fence being half down (still being built) -which was not something we loved being in the side of town we were, but oh well what can you do. The location was close to a lot of activities, but was in a run down area with noisy neighbors. The “low” cleaning fee seems like a plus but be aware you’ll get a 2 hour warning the morning of checkout to have everything cleaned and washed down (basically as you found it they said) or you’ll get charged more. Luckily we packed the night before and had time to clean the dishes (no dishwasher) to avoid a late checkout fee. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it worked for what we needed at the time and was clean and had comfortable beds and bathroom.

Location great for Lake Michigan beaches and National Dunes Park. Very nice clean home for a get away! Thank you!
