Cozy home w/open floor plan -- easy access to beaches, parks, and Bucs Stadium

Overall stay was ok

The home was comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and easy to get into. Perfect for being in town for one night going to a concert! The only complainant my group had was the mattress in one of the guest's bedrooms was not very comfortable at all, felt like sleeping on cardboard. Everything else was great! Thank you very much!

Nice and cozy. Couch is comfy if you need 4 separate sleeping arrangements.

The house was exactly what we needed! Very clean and nicely decorated. It's close by many chain restaurants and grocery stores and there are attractions close by as well, such as Busch Gardens, museums, etc. We stayed to attend a concert at Raymond James and it's not too far from that either. Neighborhood seemed safe. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was the perfect distance to USF for our son’s graduation. The outdoor area was a nice treat, and everything was as described.

This has to be my worst experience renting a place. On first entering the place, it looks like the pictures. But each moment that passed, it just kept getting worse. The place was not clean. We had to the wipe down the surfaces as we touched them. We looked on each bed and each one had hairs in them. But the worst part was finding a cockroach in the sofa on the first night. That was the final straw we had to leave the property. The crazy thing is that Owner was only willing to do a partial refund rather than giving full money back claiming that we stayed the first night since there were no hotels open at 3am. Really speechless that anyone would list a property in this condition. Absolutely dumbfounded that we weren’t given a full refund. I guess the host and VRBO think that cockroaches in their property aren’t major issues for their guests.It cost me 300 to be in this place for less than 24 hours. Not to mention the has sad or of having to scramble in the middle of the night on the first night of our vacation.

Nice to have 2 spaces for cars, one in garage. Quiet neighborhood, great location, close to everything we needed. Beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked.

We had a great stay, the house was clean and comfortable.

The house had one tv. It was food left in the refrigerator (nasty) so that tells me you didn’t clean the house after the last person. It was an eyelash on the bed I was sleeping on nothing looked new the wash clothes was worn out the backyard was unsafe for anyone to enjoy spider web and spider all over the place even in the rooms was the worst experience I have ever had

The house was clean. The neighborhood isn’t that great. We had 6 people and had 4 towels. There were no trash bags and the garbage disposal doesn’t work. Lots of mosquitoes in screened area and the patio floor was very dirty.

House was clean and airy. Entry was easy and communication was good

Everything looks as it is on the pictures. Nice house for a family to stay in. Only thing was it just took a while for my son to get the internet to connect to his PlayStation had to do a little troubleshooting and it connected but other than that no complaints.

Location is excellent and more than safe. Close to everything commercial and all ethnic shopping centers. Host was clear and very accommodating. Home has everything you would need for you stay! Will book again!

This property is spacious and located in a great neighborhood with excellent proximity to key attractions in Tampa. Two full washrooms is a big plus.Unfortunately, none of our devices were able to connect to the property WiFi. We raised this issue and it wasn’t resolved during our 4 night stay. Odd host and ‘rental office’ structure causes delays in issue resolution.and customer experience escalations.

This was a beautiful home! We absolutely loved drinking coffee on the screened in back porch! The neighborhood was a great location! The owner was super sweet! We would definitely recommend it to anyone!

House was perfect & very very clean. The house was in a great location close to everything. The only problem was there was not enough bath towels or wash clothes. We had to go buy some at the store. I would definitely stay at this house again whenever we come back into town.

Stayed over niight with family ro attend concert at the Amelie Arena. Overall satisfactiory. Clean.Limited parking.

This was our first Vrbo experience and it was for the most part, pleasant. The location was great and it was clean. Felt we had everything we needed with the exception of none of our devices being able to connect to the internet. Our devices would recognize and be able to log into the wifi, but there was no internet connection. This was unfortunate as I had work that I needed to do and kept our phones on data, which lags. This didn’t turn us off, but wasn’t helpful. Hopefully they get that addressed for future. This may not be a big deal to others on vacation.

It was close to where our activity was. Very clean. Great hot water for showering. Only problem we had was connecting to the internet never did figure it out.Host was right on stuff when contacted. Overall great for our trip.

The home was as described. The yard could use a little work and on a busy/noisy street. We were only there for a one night stay so it wasn't a big deal for us. Would stay again if in the area.

Great location! Neighborhood is noisy at times. Nicely decorated but desperately needs fresh coat of paint in all rooms. Needs new coffee pot too.
