This spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home is located on a quiet, low traffic street just a short walk to the new Surfside Pier, River-City Cafe and other nearby restaurants.

This vacation home is tastefully decorated with a large indoor and outdoor living space to comfortably accommodate a large family. There is a small side yard for children to play along with a public park nearby.

Enjoy socializing on the covered porch located on the front of the home overlooking the street and a side porch open to the sun.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size stainless refrigerator with ice dispenser, smooth top stove with oven, microwave, pots and pans, coffee pot that will also take K-cups, electric griddle.

The open living area provides plenty of seating to include a sleeper couch, large dining table (seats 8), bar area (seats 2), 58 smart TV, games/puzzles and internet/Wi-Fi. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Bedroom #1 (upstairs), the master bedroom, has a king size bed and a 50 smart TV with an adjoining bathroom (bathroom #1) The master bathroom is a comfortable size with 2 separate vanities and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #2 (upstairs) has a queen size bed and a 42 smart TV.

Bedroom #3 (upstairs) has two captain bunks (twin bed over double bed x 2) and a 24 smart TV. This room can accommodate 6.

Bathroom #2 (upstairs) is a comfortable size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bathroom #3 (downstairs) is a 1/2 bath.

In addition to being close to the beach, the home is only a short drive to Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, Brook Green Gardens, shopping, family activities and many golf courses.

Bed linens, bath towels and wash cloths are provided, and beds will be made prior to your arrival.

We have a small side yard for the children to play.
There is room for parking of three cars, motorcycles are welcome.
