Cozy home with private pool, lanai, & washer and dryer - pool spa

Overall a nice property but with a little investment and better management it could be so much better. We’ve stayed at several properties in North Naples and Bonita Springs and we were highly disappointed that this property which calls out its accessibility to the beaches has no beach chairs, umbrellas, or coolers for use. A minor investment that would be highly appreciated and useful. Another annoyance was that despite touting the pool as a major attraction, you have to request and pay extra to heat the pool. We did so, but it took until the third day for it to be warm enough to use which amounted to 20% of our stay that we couldn’t use the pool. It seems reasonable to assume that if you pay to heat the pool that it would be heated and ready to go upon arrival. Also, despite having capacity for 6-8 adults, there were only 2 noodles for adult use. Why not have 4-6? They’re cheap! Having said that, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, plates and silverware, there are plenty of pillows and blankets, and there was generally good supplies provided. Beds had memory foam “inserts” that our group didn’t care for. We had Wi-Fi issues on arrival but management was responsive. Less responsive when we reported a broken toilet seat…we ended up taping it ourselves to prevent the constant pinching it was causing. Still wasn’t addressed prior to departure which was seven days after reported.

The house overall was fine. My problem is with the management company - Costal Vacation, based out of Fort Myers.When we arrived, there were only 2 kitchen towels & 6 bath towels & about 8 beach towles.I called the mgt company & asked for more supplies.They told me I would have to BUY extrra towels, bath towels & kitchen towels. Also - they had extra pillows, which were needed, but NO extra pillow cases.They did send over pillow cases, sheets & a blanket - and they took a picture of my husband who met them at the door - as proof of delivery of a 18.75 blanket? I don't know.We have rented from VRBO for 5 years & have never been so limited in supplies at a home - EVER.Also - It seems as if there was a camera in the living room. Which is NOT permitted in any VRBO rental. I have the pictures if you want to see them.Needless to say - I will not recommend anyone renting from them - I guess they have 2 houses in Bonita Springs, FLA, and the rest are in Ft. Myers Beach.

Our stay was truly amazing, much needed rest and relaxation! The beach was only a 5 minute drive, the hottub and pool was great! We spent most of our time in the pool as a family, also visiting Bonita beach, Barefoot beach and Estero beach. Highly reccomend Barefoot beach for shelling! Our only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom. My husband and I took turns sleeping on the couch because the master bed was too hard! The other beds were comfortable, and no other complaints. Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your wonderful beach home! We will definitely visit again.

The property was very clean, driveway was spacious and easily fit our truck and SUV. The house was clean, spacious and the pool was excellent! Our 2 and 4 year old children had a blast in the pool all week. The house is located near several beaches that we had a lot of fun at. The company was easy to work with.

Overall, our stay was great. The location was perfect for our needs, and the property was well-furnished and clean. One of the bedrooms had a large desk and a monitor that I could plug my laptop into, which was very helpful. The outdoor lanai, pool, and hot tub were great, although it would have been nice if the temperature of both were a bit higher. All the bedrooms were nice but the mattresses on all the beds were VERY firm. No pillowtops on any of them. There was an issue on garbage night when we went to put out a 1/2 bag of garbage and a few recycle bottles when we found that there were 5 very full garbage bins and a huge overflowing recycle bin. Clearly the people who were there before us or the cleaning crew did not take care of it before we arrived.That aside, our stay was nice and worked out well. If it were not for the extremely firm mattresses (I have a bad back), I would stay here again.

The house is very nice. It is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool and spending family time on the lanai.

Really enjoyed staying at this accomodation. There were 4 of us and more than enough space with the pool area a big favourite and the house had everything we needed including all utensils and was very clean.
