Cozy home with Private Forest/Park on 1.5 acres, Outdoor lounge area and Hot Tub

Very nice home with all the amenities. Great relaxing hot tub under a gazebo right outside the back door. Lovely large yard with a garden and lots of greenery.

Lots of space inside and out to relax and socialize.

We stayed close to family for a vacation as well as relaxing time with relatives we don't see often. This home was perfect for both. We cooked in the kitchen a lot, made campfires outside at night, threw a baseball around in the yard, played horseshoes, unwound in the hot tub under string lights, grilled on the porch, and watched the Masters (golf) in comfort with 3 generations present. The home is clean and well-appointed, having everything we needed for an easy and carefree stay. Managers/Owners were communicative and helpful with local recommendations and amenities. We want to stay here again!

Great stay . A big place, well laid out. Nice kitchen. Loved the breakfast nook for morning cup of tea. I appreciated the good lighting throughout the house which made the house feel bright and cheery even in rainy weather . Loved the entry way with hooks for jackets, place for shoes and bench to sit on. Nice big table for meals, games and gatherings . Loved the yard. I would love to come back in the summer and use it more, though, we still used it a lot. Great outdoor gazebo with furniture. Hot tub area is also well done. Easy lift hot tub cover. Great place to watch the rain fall and the birds in the trees. My only suggestions; We weren’t really bothered by the busy road noise but light sleepers might have trouble . The blankets on the bed were a little thin and light for winter nights.

Our host came over and welcomed us to a perfect place to have a 90th birthday party for my mother-in-law. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. The puzzles and games, suitable for all ages, helped entertain everyone. The park setting yard was such a pleasant surprise, simply beautiful, with outdoor games that kept a smile on everyone's face.

This is a wonderful stay. Contact was quick and efficient, the home was very clean. Everything is thought of and amenities were excellent. I booked based on all the excellent reviews and I have to say they deserve them all. The property is beautiful, a hidden gem and would recommend to anyone.

Kitchen is fully stocked, we were able to feed 15-20 guests easily. Towels are wonderful. Hot tub was very enjoyable & they had beach towels for us. This is our 2nd stay & it's so comfortable, our home away from home to visit our large family. Owners are so helpful with any questions we had!

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Yes, it was cozy, but really spacious. We were visiting family in the area who came over for dinner and we had everything we needed to cook and host. My mom enjoyed walking the property with her 5yr old granddaughters and there were plenty of toys and books to keep them entertained. The location was convenient and communication was clear. We’d gladly stay here again on our next visit to Vancouver!

This was a great home base for a soccer tournament stay. We didn’t realize just how big the yard was behind the garage. It’s huge! The layout of the home was roomy for our family of four.

The description does not do the house justice - lots of rooms and an incredible view of the Seattle skyline. Really nice neighborhood just north of downtown.

This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked, the friendly hosts are accessible (if needed), the guest manual is very thorough. An extra bonus is the beautiful area behind the house that has a field, wooded area, and blueberries that can be picked. We have stayed here several times and look forward to another visit!

Perfect! We had everything we needed and more. Our stay was too short to take advantage of all the property had to offer. Everything was very clean and nicely maintained the space was very comfortable for everyone in our party. The location is very conveniently located close to everything we needed to do. Lots of room for our family to spread out. Loved the hot tub after a long day. We stay at homes often for sports tournaments and my husband said this was by far his favorite. The owners were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We were looking for a cozy home to stay in while visiting Portland for a wedding and we certainly found exactly what we were looking for with this house!Our arrival time was a bit later in the evening and Cassandra, one of the property managers, was great and provided all information needed for a late check in. It was smooth and simple for us to get right inside after a lengthy drive.After a long and very cold day of helping with wedding shenanigans being able to get back to the house to enjoy the hot tub was a dream!Even with the property being located right off a slightly busy (not too busy and they have a gate to allow you to close the property off) they certainly set things up to help you feel like you're nestled away in a secluded and private space. You kind of forget that you're only a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Portland.The beds were super comfy (and clean!) and we all slept great for the two nights we stayed!There was no shortage of seasonings, spices, and condiments offered in the kitchen and tons of baking supplies. As part of the wedding dessert crew with some last-minute dessert finishings the ample kitchen appliances were greatly appreciated!The property was also located very close to many restaurants and shopping options which was very convenient!Overall, we had a wonderful time for the couple of days we got to stay and would most certainly stay again if we need a cozy place to stay right outside of Portland.

Immaculate, House , fully equipped with anything you would need to prepare a dinner party. Beautiful grounds, landscaped with lots of places to stop and appreciate the beauty of the PNW. Host was immediately responsive to any messages, I would love to stay here again.

We had a delightful stay. Their place had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, lots of towels, games, etc. The hot tub was an added bonus as was the one and a half acres the property is on. The host were great at communication. We were sad to leave.

The property and accomodations were exactly as stated in the advertisement. The housing accommodations were very neat, clean and well organized. All instructions and expectations were clearly visible and understandable. Our host were very accessible and cordial. It was convenient to have them live next door. Overall our family Thanksgiving was perfect. We would confidently recommend this Vrbo property and one day hope to return. advertisement.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and very roomy. The grounds are like a public park. It was such a great stay. We will never stay in hotel again when we visit family in Washington. This is our new spot for sure!

We had a awesome stay here. This house has everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The yard is beautiful, with plenty room for everyone. The owners were very easy to work with, and very nice. We will stay here again, when coming back to Washinton.

We enjoyed our stay. The house itself was very clean and nicely furnished and the kitchen fully loaded with everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfy. There were a couple of downsides to this property. Although there is some nice property in the back it desperately needed to be maintained. Lots of weeds and overgrowth. Also, the house sits on a fairly busy street and two of the bedrooms are on that side so it was quite noisy at night which made it hard to sleep. Other than those two issues, we had a wonderful weekend.

We needed to accommodate 6 adults for the pro national Mx weekend. Great place, with an excellent yard. Plenty of parking. Thanks!
