Nice and very clean house for your vacation and a comfortable stay. Cozy sitting area with a small pool. A protective screen around the recreation area will keep you from Florida insects))). Parking for 4 cars. Our home is located in a very convenient location: Less than 1 mile to the main road I-295 as well as the Costco store and Walmart Supercenter. At the same time, the house is located in a quiet area where you will not be disturbed by the various noises of city life.

Stayed Aug 19, 2025My GOD everything was excellent. Filed our needs 100% Yuriy answered all our request and questions immediately in 5 minutes, the house fill all our needs and the grandkids love the pool !!! everything was perfect with the house and the neighborhood was so quiet. All our needs are close like pharmacy, Publix Walmart., gas, etc. Recommended 100% this home, great open layout, 10/10 rating Thank You Yiury We'll request his beautiful home again to our visit to Jacksonville again, period :)

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Overall, the property was awesome! We were there for a medical trip to the Mayo Clinic. It was good to have the heated pool there to unwind from the day. My wife and I were able to spend quality time together and did not have to worry about the noise of children or the hustle and bustle of the city. The bed was soooo comfy as well! The only downfall was that the lighting around the pool did not light up. Also, some of the towels had a smell like they had not dried all the way and was left in the dryer. Other than that, we had an amazing stay and would definitively stay again when we have to visit the area.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025We had a short stay, needed to accommodate a dance competition week. The house was quaint, perfect size and location for where we needed to be. Having the pool and enclosed patio was perfect. There were no surprises with respect to the listing description. Home was clean, bedrooms were spacious. Neighborhood was indeed quiet. Yuriy was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I could easily see us staying here again.
