Stayed Jun 1, 2025This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this house. Nita is a great host. Great location, close to all the attractions, well stocked kitchen and any problem that may arise she goes far and beyond to take care of it. I highly recommend this place!

Stayed Apr 6, 2024Well kept. Excellent communication with host. We travelled on Monday Apr 8th to Melbourne, AR and had perfect weather. Although our host is not responsible for the total solar eclipse or the great weather, we appreciated the location, cleanliness and communication with the host.

Stayed Mar 9, 2024My friends and I had a wonderful time in Memphis. The house was clean beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Communication with owner was good. I would definitely rent this house again.

Stayed May 5, 2023We were very pleased with our stay. The home is beautiful inside and out. Great location. The decor is superb. Every room was spotless and smelled great. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Felt like home. The host was Phenomenal. Not to mention a great price for a great place. Next time we visit Memphis, this will be our first choice to stay.

Stayed Apr 19, 2023This property is physically clean and well kept. However the stay was not pleasant. My children were surveilled in the backyard and the host let me know that I was failing as a parent because my children were playing in a way disapproving of her (she was telling me this as she was viewing my children on her smart phone). There were several unannounced visits from the host and one time she activated the alarm at the property. It scared my 3 young children. She then reported that I had broken and stolen things I had not broken or stole. We are very dissatisfied.

Stayed Mar 11, 2023This property was as listed. Off the beaten path from downtown Memphis’ hustle and bustle. Great area, Host had house comfortable and nicely furnished. Didn’t get to sit out in the backyard and enjoy the gazebo due to the weather, but it did look relaxing.
