Cozy Home Right on Cosey Beach

Lovely home on quiet street, quick walk to beach.

Perfect for what our needs were.

Overall this was a fantastic stay! My spouse and our twin one year olds had a great time! The advertisement of this home doesn’t give it justice, it was way better than to be expected! If you have kids I can’t recommend this place enough! The backyard is fenced, there is an AWESOME playground on the beach just a two-three minute walk away. There are two restaurants and an ice cream shop steps away with water front views. The entire stay felt secluded, but we were still only a ten minute drive away from Walmart and five minutes from a gas station. The house was spotless, we greatly appreciated all of the outdoor seating options and the beach chairs! The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the Utensils, condiments, and appliances that you could ever need. The people in the neighborhood are all super friendly and everyone says hello as they walk or bike by! The ocean views from the house were a great bonus and we loved hearing the creasing of the waves after the rain. The hosts were easy to communicate and we’re flexible with meeting our unique needs that come with having twin 13 month olds. I don’t really have any improvements, but I will mention that there was a little bit of dog poop in the backyard. I am only sharing so guests can be sure to take a quick look before letting the kiddos run around haha — we have a dog at home so we didn’t mind, it happens and it wasn’t a lot of waste so we didn’t mind picking it up and letting the kids embrace the fenced in yard. It didn’t take away from how great of a stay this was and there were no other signs of a pet inside the home, no smells, no pet hair, the house was very clean and nicely renovated! We would highly recommend this rental for families, couples, or a few friends looking for a quiet getaway! We will likely stay here again next year!
