Cozy Home Perfect for Groups!

Started out that the unit that was reserved had an issue and we were moved to a 2 bedroom, 3 bath. I rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath, this was for 3 adult unrelated adult males. 2 of them had to share 1 bedroom that had bunk beds. Uncomfortable situation. Host said all that was available was the 2 bedroom. The 2 bedroom unit was also further away from the area that we were visiting. Also another inconvenience. Unit next door has a smoke alarm that was chirping (needed new battery), host did repair after being notified. This kept one of the renters awake most of the night.I have requested a refund a partial refund due to not getting what was originally rented.Thank youKevin

Charming home in a quiet neighborhood. There is a guest house in the backyard that is also rented out. We would definitely stay here again.

The home is cute, clean, and comfortable for our family of 5. Everything worked well. The neighborhood was quiet. The only recommendation is more fluffy pillows as these had very little mass to them at all. Communication with the host was perfect and helpful.

Very nice home, beds were very comfortable and rooms were perfect size for our party of 5. Nice kitchen and laundry room, very nice neighborhood and close to the Expo center. Would stay here again for sure!

Was a nice place to go after horse show practices and lots of late nights and early mornings. Slept comfortably. Hot water and nice showers. Sharing the drive with a 4/4 truck was a little hard as the first guy took part of our space but 2nd one move over nicely. Internet was fast and appreciated. Was quiet and close to the event center.

The property is conveniently located close to the highway. A quiet street during my stay there. Overall great experience. Highly recommend

Overall we had a great stay! We were able to check in early once we got to town to unload our things! The little snack area was a hit! My girls loved the little surprise! The beds were super comfy! Great location! Felt safe!

Our stay at the Cozy Home was a most memorable one! It was close to shopping and restaurants which made it convenient. Also to our liking was the proximity to our son and his family. The Cozy Home really felt like a home away from home! We would definitely want to stay there again in the future!

We needed a rental for almost a week to come and celebrate a young friend graduating from high school. This was the ideal location for us! We flew in from California and we’re exhausted, the house is near the airport, which is perfect. We needed a couple of things, which the host immediately took care of. Very easy communication.

We enjoyed our stay with our students who had earned a trip to state speech contest. Our students loved the house and it had just enough room for all of us. Host was quick to respond to any issue and was very helpful for any issues! Would definitely recommend!

Just a few minutes from bok center and a very neat, clean, and cozy home with modern updates. A great affordable place to stay.

I loved it and i would definitely book this place again in the future.
