Stayed Jul 23, 2025This is the second time we’ve stayed at Shelley’s property during mid-state and we are just as happy as last year. Close to the fair grounds, easy and stress free check in and out as well as a clean and comfortable house!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025The property was nice. The host was prompt in answering questions. The tiki bar & outdoor table were very nice additions. The only complaint was the toilet paper (1 ply t.p. was unexpected). The en-suite bathroom soap dispenser had dish detergent instead of hand soap. The other bathroom had hand soap. We did appreciate the rest of the bathroom amenities though.We would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024Such a great house to stay in! Super clean and stocked really well with little misc items. We were all very impressed with everything about the house. Blocks from the mid state fair and perfect size for a group of 6. We will definitely be back!!!
