Stayed Oct 11, 2025It was pet friendly and close to shops. Kitchen and Baths weren’t stocked initially, but mgmt took care of that right away. Upstairs was very comfortable. Could use more lamps in several areas. There was trash left upstairs from previous guests. Bathroom floor, kitchen drawers and glassware were very dirty. Bar stool legs were lose, very wobbly. Couch in LR was very dirty. Overall enjoyed our stay. Liked all the windows and being w/i walking distance of Cherry St. and Utica. Could use outdoor seating. Mgmt/owners were very quick to respond with any issues.

Stayed May 18, 2022We stayed during the PGA and loved the eclectic home. Plenty of space and seating. Built in keurig was so nice!

Stayed Apr 1, 2022This home was beautiful and well appointed for our stay. We loved the yard and the neighborhood. You can tell the property owner put a lot of thought into taking care of the guests with little things provided all around the house. My only complaint was that there were no check in instructions provided and an hour after check-in time had to call the owner several times before receiving a call back. Wasn’t that big of a deal but it was nerve-racking thinking that we may not be able to stay at the property. All in all it’s a great place and I’m happy that we booked it.
