Cozy home near downtown Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City

Comfortable, plenty of space, has everything you need, and a great location. Easy booking, check in, communication. There were quite a few bugs in the house, but that’s to be expected with an old cottage in the summer.

This was a great stay in the Springs area. Near the Garden of the Gods and not far from the zoo for us. Had everything we needed. The only downside is no off street parking, but we always had a street spot so that was nice.

Everything was great. The yard is perfect for pets. And the house was in a great location for accessing downtown restaurants, et cetera.

Perfect home for my family of 3 to enjoy when we were not out adventuring in and around Colorado Springs. It was comfortable and quite peaceful for being so close to downtown. My son loved the backyard and I did too since it was completely fenced in and we were able to open the back door and he could run in and out as he pleased. Kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you will need if you are going to cook. My husband and I agreed that if we have a chance to comeback we are going to rebook this house. Location and comfort is perfect for everything!!

We had a great time in Colorado Springs. This house was perfectly situated for us. Communication with the host was fantastic. Our dog came with us and enjoyed the secure backyard. Highly recommend this house and host if you're ever headed to Colorado Springs.

I had an absolutely great stay at this property. It was so nicely done, well equipped and located exactly where I wanted to be. Travis was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The place was clean, well lit and super comfortable. I would happily stay there on future visits.

The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. There were activities like books, games,etc. We enjoyed the snow and made a snowman. There were shovels for clearing the walkway. Convenient to town !

First time in COS and found this house it was only 3.4 miles from my neice we were visiting! So convenient to everything! The owner Travis was vey accommodating to our needs for check in and out and always replied very quickly! My wife has sensitive food allergy so it was nice to have a full kitchen compared to being at a hotel! Great stay, great location and great value for everything!

Nice location, worked great for our family. Could use a couple updates like a better seal on the bottom of the door to backyard as there is a gap and blinds on kitchen window as neighbor can see right in. As a safety concern please put a door dowel in the windows with the air conditioners as they are not locked when the unit is in.

Older home with updates, very clean and owner was available to answer any questions. Located about a block from an over pass that goes over I-25 and puts you into the down-town area. Older area of the city but felt safe. Great if you have pets because the yard is fenced. Would stay again if I were in the area.

This sweet little house is centrally located and is a perfect place for a base of operations when exploring Colorado Springs! This properties hidden gem is that it is mere feet from the Monument Bicycle Trail and Pedestrian Overpass crossing I-25, combine this with the Mesa Street bridge across the Monument Creek just a couple blocks from the overpass, makes it an easy walk or ride to the Famed Tejon Street Dining and Shopping area! I didn’t measure it but it is an easy 15-20 minute walk - even for an old guy like me! The Fine Arts Center and the Monument Valley Park and Pickleball facilities are right on the path between the two! The fully fenced yard provides a space for relaxation and if you have dogs, it is a perfect spot for them to stretch their legs “Off Leash”.

The house was in a great center location for everything we wanted to do! We did Seven Falls, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and etc. without driving over 15 min anywhere! It was super cute on the inside and very clean. There was just two of us, but it could definitely fit more. Would stay here again!

Street is public parking. House is small, but not cramped. Amenities are great. Yard is wonderful. In a great area to get anywhere you need to, relatively quick. I will definitely be staying here again!

Loved this shotgun style house that has been fully updated! Loved all of the activities and cozy feel and will keep an eye out for this rental again in our future travels! 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in Cokorado Springs!

We loved our stay here. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go to. Very homey and comfortable. Loved having a yard for our dog. Clean and well supplied!

This house is close to everything in Colorado City. Perfect place to start your adventures. Yard was nice and kitchen was nice to work in. We would stay again! Only suggestion would be some coat hooks in entryway. It was a great stay!!!

Great location and communication lovely comforting home

We came in to town during Winter Storm Anya. We were snowed in for a day and the house was perfect for watching movies and relaxing. We had a great visit.

This was a great house to stay in for a week. The host was very welcoming and sent all needed information right away. The house is perfectly located on the west side of I-25 within about 100 feet of the pedestrian crossing ramp. That ramp was ideal for morning strolls to monument valley park, and made downtown Colorado Springs about a 12-15 minute walk. The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Fire pit and grill in the back yard were great, and although close to the highway there was zero noise heard outside from it. We enjoyed our stay very much, wish we had stayed longer, and would certainly book again if we revisited Colorado Springs.
