This marvellous villa is situated on a hill above the spa town of Varadinske Toplice, from where you have a beautiful view of the unique nature and the town. The house is divided into three floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and an entertainment room, next to which is a heated indoor pool with various functions, ranging from a waterfall and counter-current system to a geyser option and hydromassage with 46 massage jets for the whole body. Relax on the terrace in front of the poolwith a beautiful view, sunbathe and let your mind run free after the spa and wellness programme. In addition to the pool, there is also a Finnish sauna for six people, a fitness room, a room with a massage table and a steam bath. On the first floor with access to the garden there is also a garage connected to the house, a bedroom with bathroom, toilet and spacious living area with fireplace, large kitchen and dining area, as well as a large terrace for cosy get-togethers. Here you have views of the town and the spa resort nearby, where you can enjoy thermal water and wellness services. On the second floor are four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and balconies. The house has a central surround system for each room, is fully air-conditioned and equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday. This is a fabulous property in a lovely location, in a less touristy part of Croatia. We were greeted by Mirjana, who couldn't do enough to help/ make us feel welcome. We had a great week with excellent facilities and a well maintained pool. Would thoroughly recommend.1
