Villa San Niccolò is a charming Istrian stone house in the picturesque village of St Nikola, just 6 km from the beautiful beaches of Umag. Built in 1910 and carefully renovated in 2010, this villa has plenty of character and is located on a private plot shared with two other houses, one of which is occupied by the owners. Guests have exclusive access to a well-tended garden with a swimming pool, a green covered terrace with a cosy seating area and ample parking. The comfortable villa is spread over three floors. The ground floor has an inviting living room, a wine room perfect for gatherings, a kitchenette, a small laundry room and a shower. The first floor comprises a double bedroom with two single beds, satellite TV, a fireplace and a separate toilet. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and access to a covered balcony with a barbecue and dining area. The attic offers a spacious retreat with satellite TV, a fireplace, a sauna and a private shower and toilet. This villa is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday and combines historical charm with modern comfort. Please note that no youth groups or stag or hen parties are accepted at this property.
