There is a pile of construction debris in the backyard and incomplete areas not shown in online photos, such as the bathroom with unfinished tile work and a malfunctioning shower door. Amenities are sparse; bathroom supplies are minimal. Bugs in the bathroom. There is no thermostat as the HVAC system is non-functional, requiring reliance on space heaters plugged into a very old electrical system.
