Cozy Home in Rochester, NY Suburb

The kitchen was fully equipped although we were not provided with enough dishwasher pods 3 is notEnough for a weeks stay. Paying 900.00 for a week and there was only 3 pods for the dishwasher and 3 plastic garbage bags for a family of 5. House was clean, the heat and air work good.

We had such a lovely time. Perfect location for what we needed. House was clean, well stocked and ready for my family. Johanna is a great host, fast communication and friendly. Fantastic playgrounds in the area.

The house was very clean and well stocked with towels and paper products. Very centrally located and easy to get around.

The furniture shown was NOT the furniture that was in the house when we rented it. The chairs and couch in the living room were very uncomfortable. Couldn't stand them to even watch a little TV. The king size bed was hard as a rock and the night stands were not what was shown in the description and pictures. No laundry soap, no extra toilet paper only half a roll between the 2 bathrooms when we arrived.

Very nice, basic accommodations. Plenty of room. Convenient location. Very good owner communication.

We recently stayed at this beautiful home in Irondequoit and had an amazing experience. The house is spacious, well-kept, and truly feels like a home away from home. It had every amenity we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms and cozy living spaces.The location was also perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. It was the ideal spot for relaxing after a day of exploring.Overall, this is the perfect home for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute home while moving our daughter into her dorm at RIT. It was about 20 minutes from the university, but nearby stores were much less crowded than those close to RIT. There was plenty of space for our family, the house was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Check in and check out was easy and the host was very responsive!

It was a comfortable house that fit our needs. The kitchen was well appointed. Only missing a tea kettle.

Second stay here in this lovely home. Super convenient location to stores and restaurants along with easy access to expressway and interstate. Home is stocked with the basics you need. Hope to stay again on our next Rochester visit.

When we first enter home we was greeted with ants everywhere. Funny mold smell and AC was not working properly it was very hot and uncomfortable.She was harassing us everyday with the same text about windows and door just because her AC unit was not working properly. She has neighbors watch your every move no privacy what so ever! A leak in bedroom closet downstairs. Had to kill a couple of spiders as well. The furniture that's in the pictures are not the actual furniture in the living area. Beware when you book she will send you a different quote that was mentioned when you send the request. She sent us check out instructions on what to do prior to us leaving and we did everything that was required from us. She stated that we should have done a detailed clean up so that the cleaning crew could come in and not have as much to do. Honestly I don't believe she has a certified cleaner who comes in sanitize and disinfect per the VRBO policy. As a result she charged us an additional 300. I took before and after pictures of the above mentioned things that I will be reporting to VRBO. Just be prepared to pay additional cost even though you did everything that she required. I also have the messages to validate the instructions that were given. We've stayed in dozens of vacation rentals in the past and we have never had a host like this before.

We had 7 guest in the house. With 2 rooms down stairs was nice, let the grown kids stay in the upstairs room.. I spoke to the owner about some of beds and asked to check in an hour early and she was very accommodating. I would Use this place again.

Good location, good access to 104. Used as central base to go to all of western and upstate destinations.

This home is all that it is advertised to be - conveniently located in Rochester, close to all areas of interest including downtown and colleges. Easy access from the highway and close to shopping and supplies. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to relax and cook at home. The furniture is comfortable. Lovely neighborhood. And loved how readily the owner communicated with me and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend!

We had a family of 4 adults and one baby stay while visiting extended family in the area. Plenty of room and easy access. The upstairs bedroom has tons of space. Easy parking.

We were in town working, and stayed here. The home was very clean, well stocked, and had ample parking. Would definitely stay again!

Spent a week in Rochester visiting family and attending my nephews weddings. The location of this VRBO was great and easy to get to any location in or near Rochester. Home was clean and owner was very helpful.

We are a family of 4 (with 2 teenaged boys). My family lives in Irondequoit but doesn't have enough room for all of us to stay.... so we booked this house. It was WAY better than a hotel or inconveniencing family. I would definitely stay there again.

House was great. It met our needs well. I suggest a few towel racks be installed however.

My stay at this property was wonderful. The house spacious and clean. The upstairs bed was very comfortable.
