Cozy home in NE Cedar Rapids

Charming little house. Very comfortable.

Everything was great and in a convenient location for our stay. Beds were a firm memory foam, which was too much for me, but I did learn that I don't ever want to buy one! That's a plus!

Nate was awesome to work with! House was perfect, had everything we needed for our short stay in Cedar Rapids. Clean and location was in a nice neighborhood! Will stay there again next year for the AAU Girls Wrestling Meet!

Staying in a beautiful home that is equipped with everything you need helps with making it feel like your home away from home. This was my second stay and it just felt so comfortable. Very spacious!

Nate is a fantastic host. He is very responsive and wants you to be happy with your stay. The beds are super comfortable and the showers are hot. There is lots of room to hang out. We were happy with the location - very close to an excellent grocery store and many delicious restaurants. The dog was extremely happy with the fenced in back yard. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome time saying at this property, there were 6 of us. There was plenty of space more than enough restrooms outside was great for eating. It's close to a lot of different things, things that we toured enjoyed it a lot.

Overall great experience at this property and we would stay here again. The host, Nate, communicated what we needed to know and made himself available if we needed him. Exceptionally clean throughout. The listing is accurate, but the pictures do not do it justice. The amount of work that must have been done to make this house so cute and up to date did not go unnoticed! Tastefully decorated. Well done!Well equipped kitchen. It was a property that met all our needs for the family and dog. Only thing was I had to clean the refrigerator before shopping. But I do property management in Florida. That’s my number one thing is kitchen and bath cleaned. I gave it a five star. It also supplied things that we do not supply in rentals. Great location and quick response. Highly recommended. Would stay again.

We were traveling with our adult children and the basement apartment area provided a great private area for them. Property was very clean and comfortable.

Our host Nate started off with communicating with us perfectly. Was very attentive to small request and easy to get in contact with. It w as easy to get inside the house. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like. The neighborhood was very quiet and quaint. I will most definitely contact Nate again to stay in his lovely home. Perfect location for why we were visiting.

This property is amazing 👏 It is very clean & fully stocked with whatever you need. Nate was so wonderful to work with from booking to check out. We had an issue with the oven and he was there in less than an hour. We highly recommend this property

I really did enjoy Nate's response. He was really Johnny on the spot. The place is adorable. You will have plenty of room to spread out and it accommodates many people quite comfortably. The location is logistically sound and easy to find. It was in a good neighborhood.

Convenient location to Coe College and downtown! Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, modern decor and great water pressure in the showers! ☺️ we had a great stay!!

We arrived to a wonderfully clean house with a pack-and-play tucked away in one of the upstairs closets. This would have been absolutely delightful had we not brought our own for our toddler. The downstairs and upstairs were both fantastic spaces, and we all appreciated the two full baths when getting ready for our friend's wedding. Overall, great stay and would select this VRBO again!

Loved the beautifully remodeled Cedar Rapids home! Nate was so easy to work with and in answering any questions I had. House so wonderfully remodeled. Was our base home for a few days in the area and worked so good with what we all wished to see. Nice patio area to relax on when we where done touring for the day. No problems or complaints, would recommend to any visitor to the area and looking for wonderful accomodations! Have done numerous VRBO rentals and this scores quite high in our books!

Very nicely decorated interior of the house with a beautiful back yard. Perfect all round with everything you need to know listed so you know exactly what to expect. Stayed for five days while visiting family in the area. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, nicely updated home while in Cedar Rapids for our grandson's 2nd birthday party. Our two adult sons shared the VRBO with my husband and me. It worked great for our needs. Photos in the listing accurately represent this well-cared-for property. The host was prompt and friendly in our communications. Beds and other furniture were comfy and the decor was inviting and relaxing. Big fenced-in back yard would be great for a family traveling with children. We would happily stay again. One caution in navigating to the house: It is located on Leonard Terrace, while Leonard Street runs parallel two blocks to the west. Certainly not the host's fault, but potentially confusing.

Stayed here for a work trip, basement and upstairs worked really well to have communal and separate spaces. Would stay here again.
