Cozy home in Inverness!

It was over all perfect: gorgeous decor, perfect lay out, well equip kitchen, lots of ice, amazing screen porch and beautiful view outside, old Florida setting, breath taking oak hammock surrounding the property. Close to small Florida town w everything a big city has to offer. We were close to Crystal River and Withlacoochee River and the chain of lakes and so much more…

We absolutely loved our stay! If you’re looking for an amazing home in Inverness, you found it! The home was cozy, well decorated, and immaculate in cleanliness. My favorite part was sitting on the back patio, listening to hundreds of birds sing while drinking coffee. There is a restaurant on site that was always lively! The kids especially loved their playground, which always had tons of kids. We’d love to come back!

Amazing place, so peaceful. The Cove restaurant is within walking distance and everyone will make you feel at home. Tell Tee, Mel, Annie and Shay that Shelly says hello.

great piece of property and great restaurant

Property was just as the photos online looked, no hidden surprises. While there is a restaurant and other campsites on the property, it was always very quiet inside the house. You can hear the airboats but they do have “quiet hours”. We will definitely be back again.

The house was very clean, had everything we needed and was very well decorated. We brought our dog and we had plenty of places to walk him. Right next to the house is a great restaurant and an air boat ride which we took. It was a great get away weekend and I would highly recommend this house. The host was awesome as well. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay at the farm house. The house was beautiful and clean. The airboating was great The restarant on site was really good and super convenient. The hospitality was top notch.

Awesome place, keep it a secret….

It was such a relaxing stay and amazingly quiet out on their property. Their food served at the Cove was not only convenient but well priced and tasted great. We would be happy to book with Lou Ann again!

Clean, well laid out house situated among lush Florida native plants and Spanish moss covered trees. Quite surrounding with a restaurant, playground, and airboat rides within walking distance. (Still fairly quiet when the airboats were running!) Well equipped kitchen, table that sits eight and a living room just right for movie watching, games, or great conversations. Great place for a family getaway or reunion.
