Cozy Home in Central Location, Gboro & High Point!

This house was adorable! Love the owners decorative style. It was modern, clean, and cozy. Each time I messaged the owner, I received a response in only minutes! I will definitely book this house again the next time I stay with a group in Greensboro.

Lovely, clean home! Host was wonderful - quick to reply to our emails. It was a great weekend stay.

It was nice. Things that would have helpful would have been more paper towels (we only had a tiny bit on one roll - no extras around) and some hand towels in the kitchen for drying dishes and in the bathroom for hand washing. There was one one extra trash bag so if there had been more trash we would have run out. We had trouble with the temperature the first night, but the host fixed that immediately when we mentioned it. Would still stay there again.

Very basic, but very effective! Clean and close to the places we needed to be! We appreciate the hospitality for sure...we have already agreed to pursue this property to come back to our annual Cancer Fund Raiser event at Grandover Resort!

This home was a great stop as we passed thru town. The laundry was so useful, the home had what we needed, and it was right off the freeway so the location was convenient. The neighbor next door was friendly. It was a hot day and the AC appeared to not keep up (it was 75 degrees but set at 70), the owner was very responsive to contact a technician but it ended up being just fine as the house didn't heat up more than that.

We were in town in Greensboro for the weekend for a swim meet and this is our third VRBO in Greensboro in May/June. Oatmeal cookies were nice and the property is clean and bug free inside.Nextdoor, the dogs bark morning, noon, and night as their owners leave them outside in 100⁰ F heat. You can hear the unhappy/anxious dogs from the upstairs bedrooms while you try to sleep.Door code is intuitive and easy.This property says it is pet friendly but it isn't. We had to rearrange logistics when the host failed clarify whether the 16 lb hypoallergenic dog was allowed. He basically ghosted me when I asked whether I could bring the dog.Parked one vehicle in the driveway but to park additional vehicles without blocking mailbox/driveway, you have to park on the adjacent street.We will have many more swim meets at GAC but we won't stay here again.

Great house with all the basic amenities, in a really sweet neighborhood. Although there are no sidewalks, it’s a very wide street with low traffic and friendly neighbors. There’s even a little farm stand a couple doors down if you need some fresh eggs or veggies (works on trust). I asked for some specific restaurant recommendations before going, and we tried two of the 4 - Noor for Indian and Little Aris for Ramen/Hibachi. Both were excellent and closeby . We ventured on our own for Italian and found Pavilion, which we also highly recommend.We spent our days at the zoo, and really enjoyed our time there. The traffic was light both directions, and compared to the rentals available near the zoo, this home was more affordable and better appointed. Next time we hit the zoo or something else in the Greensboro area, we will definitely stay here!

As advertised (plus treats)

My friends and I stayed here while attending an event nearby. The house was super clean and just as advertised. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the family room. Our host, Amina, was very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Check in was simple, home was as described, owner great communicator and this is our second time staying here in two months.

Host was great. Had issues with check in due to me not having service. He help me get it taken care of. House was clean.

Neat and tidy home, comfortable beds, good fenced in yard for dogs, but very smoking smell in walls, carpets, bedding. As if a smoker lived there in past and remediation efforts not successful. There were multiple free-standing electric air filters in the home, so clearly they are aware it is an issue. I wished I had been made aware ahead of time.

the property was just as described. check in was easy, the house was supplied with everything needed. owners easy to communicate with.

Quiet neighborhood. Probably wouldn’t feel 100%safe walking around the neighborhood by myself. House was nice though with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable.

Quite, well located for getting around area.
