This cozy home features a central town location. One block off Centre St. & a short walk to the beach, restaurants, pubs, shopping, parks & more. A perfect base for exploring the area, regardless of season.

This house is situated on the corner of a snowmobile road to the lake as well as the vehicle access point for the lake (and ice fishing village) in winter months.

House features a well treed, fully fenced, large side yard with a fire pit, BBQ, screened-in gazebo, andtwo additional outdoor seating spaces on front and back decks.

The space
When you walk up to this yellow and black house in town, you will first notice all the amazing trees that are on this property providing shade and privacy. The nice sized yard is fully fenced (allows for kids and pets to run free), with a screened-in gazebo, a front deck w/ bistro seating, a back deck w/ more seating, and an enclosed bonfire pit with supplied wood.

The home is inviting right from when you first walk in. With a good sized back porch entry way with a bench, coat hooks, space for bags and a shoe closet.

Large living room is a great place to gather and unwind. It has comfortable seating, along with a pull-out queen bed with linens and pillows under the chaise. TV mounted in living room for streaming services, DVD player and some DVD’s also available.

Home features three bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a closet. One smaller bedroom with single bunk beds and coat hooks.

Bathroom comes with all towels and is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The kitchen is a good space and is fully equipped with everything you should require such as: dishes, cups, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, kettle, blender, stove/oven, fridge, microwave. Dining table and four chairs also in kitchen space. Kitchen is fully functional that requires some updating.


Location: Literally everything you could want or need within a three block walk or less: the beach, boardwalk, harbour, pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, hardware stores, fishing store, pharmacies, bakery, Subway, Tim Horton’s, Robins, Dairy Queen, local shops of all kinds, ice cream, and more.

Winter is a great time to enjoy a stay here! We are on the corner of Goldfield St., which is an official snowmobile trail through town and onto the ice, as well as the lake access for vehicles to the ice fishing village/lake. Great opportunities around for ice fishing, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling. Bring your snowmobile to enjoy the groomed trails by Interlake Snow Trackers (park your sleds in the back lane driveway) and head out ice fishing anytime. Enjoy the beauty of nearby Camp Morton Provincial Park by taking in the groomed cross country ski trails, walking and snowshoe trails.

    Owner is superb to work with. We vacationed in the winter when this would be more of a summer property but it worked fairly well. Kitchenware and glassware need updating but the house was very clean and tidy. Great host to work with. Communication with host is excellent!

    We stayed for a few days in June with our dog and really enjoyed ourselves. The rental is two blocks from the lake with lots of shopping nearby. Everyone we met was friendly. The property is properly fenced so we could let the dog wander the yard while we sat on the deck. Lovely hardwood floors inside with good beds and a well equipped kitchen. We will definitely return. Host is easy to reach.

    Great looking from outside. Inside was nice in some parts. Kitchen Lighting was poor. Bathroom door did not close properly. Nice flooring and paint was quite new. No knives for slicing.     We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. Its so conveniently located! Short walk to beach, coffee, anything! We love the outside too. Nice fenced yard, deck and gazebo. We would gladly book again.
