Cozy home ensconced in nature, close to Notre Dame and the best of the area.

The house was convenient to campus and downtown. It was very clean and organized with gracious hosts. The fireplace made things very cozy.

House was beautiful, cozy, and large enough for my 2 grown boys. Each had their own space which was helpful. One could study while the other was able to rest. Kitchen was large and well stocked. There was a fireplace that was much appreciated because it snowed during our stay. I also liked the convenience to easy drive to Notre Dame, but also the seclusion of a cul de sac. I also want to say our host Susan was great with communication and was readily available with our numerous questions.I highly recommend this place to stay and hopefully will be able to book for future trips to ND.

Susan's home is amazingly well-stocked with everything imaginable and so comfortable! I wish we had more time to spend there. She was great with communication and even left a few lights on for us, as we arrived late at night after a long drive.

Lovely spacious home, Susan is so responsive to all my communications and willing to assist wherever she could. We stayed for a weekend touring both SMC and ND campuses and soccer and football games. It is 15-20 mins from campus but we really were only there for the evening and nights so that was not a huge factor for us. Full stocked kitchen, personal care items available if you forgot anything and whole house wifi. Comfortable for 6 adults

Home was great. Beautiful back yard and deck. Quite neighborhood. Plenty of room in the home. Felt the listing was accurate. Home was clean and had all of the basics. Owner was great with communication through the process and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay.

We greatly enjoyed our weekend stay. Our family was comfortable, and our dog was happy he got to come. We were close enough to campus to enjoy the game day festivities. Susan was very attentive and communicative. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay for Notre Dame football game weekends. The house was very clean, and well stocked. We appreciated our welcome gift and complimentary toiletries. The location is not far from campus and excellent if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax after the game. We highly recommend and will definitely inquire for future game weekends.

Good location, clean home, nice accommodations, but would like to see more towels provided for bathrooms and either add a TV that streams OR note more prominently in your listing that no TV exists. I rented for a football weekend and watching other games is part of such a weekend.

The house was perfect! Loved the location and the house. Sue had great communication and was great to work with. Thank you for a great trip. I will definitely stay in this house for our next trip to South Bend! Go Irish!
