Cozy Home away from Home - Central to Warm Mineral Springs and Englewood Beach

The host was very nice. Yet the toilet seat in the master bath was the foam ones and had feces in the cracks. I took pictures. That got on my nerves the whole time. I did not want my pants or skirt to brush up against it. She was nice in telling us we could eat any food left or use any thing Yet there was spices dated back to 1997. I was always worrying about things that were left on all the furniture, such as her dads stuff and moms stuff I did not want to break any thing. The master bed room closet was locked. I had brought all my cloths on hangers but could not hang them. My other two guest had the extra room with closet. I have never stayed any where that so very much personal stuff was left. Then today I received a email from the insurance I took out that the recliner was broke. That is an out right lie!!! We left every thing in excellent condition. This being said even though she seemed very nice I would not recommend any one to stay there unless the toilet seat was changed, all her parents stuff removed, and no old food.

This is a very comfortable and cozy home… Complete with so many amenities. The hosts were excellent at responding to any questions that came up. The area has many nice restaurants, very near the beach and a great weekly farmers market. It is a beautiful home to spend time away from the cold! The heated pool is a real plus

Two week enjoyable stay at this nice house. Well supplied and conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Short drive to several beaches. Back lanai and pool very private. The county road behind property is busy during the day but quiet at night. Good response when contacting owner.

Comfortable home with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils which we loved as we prefer to eat in. Convenient to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The quiet streets in the neighborhood provided a safe area to enjoy and evening stroll. The yard and pool were very private and comfortable. It was nice that houses were not on top of each other making it feel like a private oasis. The extra refrigerators in the garage and pool area were a plus. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Would recommend this property for a quiet escape from daily living.

Home was in great location, close to shopping and beach. Had everything you think you may need to enjoy your stay. Hope to stay again next year. Thanks Sandra
