Stayed May 29, 2026This place was terrible. It was dirty (not filthy) and run down inside and out. The faucets leaked. There were spider webs everywhere. The bedding was not washed because they all smelled different. It was dusty. The kitchen was poorly stocked - it had two spoons. Paint was peeling and there was mold in the showers. The bath fixtures were on bad shape. The location was good and the TV, washer, and dryer were excellent. It was way too expensive for the condition. I would not recommend this place.

Stayed May 8, 2026Perfect location for a walk to ISU campus and Holt arena. We loved the 60's charm with the original fixtures, etc. We had a large group and there was plenty of room. They added a Ping Pong table in the sunroom and it was a hit, although a couple paddles were broken. The kitchen was minimally stocked and some dishwasher soap and laundry detergent would have been a nice perk. The weather was beautiful but there were no outside chairs to sit in and the lawn was not maintained.

Stayed Feb 16, 2023Older home, but well maintained. Location was ideal for events at Holt arena. Property manager responded quickly and was easy to contact. He was willing to give us a late checkout which was so helpful.

Stayed Feb 24, 2022The house was a perfect landing spot for our family while attending an event at the Holt Arena. Easily within walking distance of the Arena. The house has plenty of room for a larger sized group. The kitchen is lightly furnished for a large group, so you might want to bring some cooking supplies with you if you plan to cook for a large group.
