Stayed Oct 22, 2025Location and home was quite satisfactory. What was NOT was the fact that the back 1/2 of the house was occupied by another tenant without disclosure. This was down right creepy. What else was unnerving was the ring recording us every time we came and went and the TV volume is locked at a certain level as is the HVAC system, were all adults here......... The TV volume was hard for my family member who has difficulty hearing. I would not be inclined to rent this unit again, we didnt feel safe.

Stayed Sep 24, 2025What a lovely place! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. Great location with reserved parking. We didn't have any problems but the host was very responsive and I am sure would have taken care of any issues.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Great property! Just what we needed… close proximity to midtown, clean and cozy, a place for four of us to relax and spend quality time together. Owner Sam was so responsive and helpful! I accidentally locked myself out and he was able to get me back in (remotely!). I was so grateful. The surrounding neighborhood was a nice surprise. I enjoyed a 1 mile walk and explored much of it. The Cuban Mexican place (Gondo Fusion) is less than a minute walk and soooo good!!
