Cozy Home 5 min to Mall of GA, Coolray Field/30 min to Lake Lanier/45 min to Atl

The house is beautiful and in a great location. Owner is friendly and communication was excellent.

Not accurate listing at all! There were roaches in the garage, fire ants in the backyard, the fence was falling apart, and every vent in the house was covered in dust!

Myself and a few friends were in town for a couple days to attend an event at Road Atlanta. Its not too far away, roughly 25 minutes and there is plenty of food options in the area. House was clean and communication was very good with the owner.

The house was perfect for our trip! We will definitely stay again if in the area!

I was in the middle of a very hectic week of selling my home and my new home wasn,t ready yet so I found this place to stay. We were there for 1 week. The house was exactly as described and I just felt at home, stress free!!! Claudio was absolutely WONDERFUL. I have 2 much larger dogs, ( Great Danes )and he was the ONLY one that agreed to accommodate me in my desperate time of need. The house was very cozy and inviting and just felt like I was at home. After our departure, we realized we left an electronic device and a personal pillow behind. Claudio's wife went out of her way to meet me, to pick these items up! The communication was always very good and Claudio was very quick to respond and always a pleasure to talk/text with. If I was rating this by 5 stars, I would rate it by 10 if I could!!! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!!

We stayed at this property for 5 weeks while work was done at our home. This is a great location to continue to work and live. Close to Mall of GA and all the activities and restaurants surrounding the mall. Easy quick access to interstate. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with a lot of yard space. Plenty of space to spread out inside. Would recommend to other locals with family visiting that needed a place to stay!

House was clean and comfortable for us to stay while we were in town. I needed to extend my trip and the communication and process was quick and easy.

Stayed here about 9 weeks. Lovely property and the host is so easy to work with. I will save as a favorite for when I have to return.

Yard needs a good cleaning and the grass is allowed to get tall before it gets cut, but otherwise this is a nice and comfortable property. Easy access to Mall of GA area and very safe and quiet.

Great experience & highly recommended. House was clean & equiped with everything you need. Location is perfect. 10 min ride to shops, restaurants, and activities for all ages near the Mall Of Georgia.

House was perfect for 3 adults. We were in town for a project and needed a space all 3 of us could collaborate and work, while having privacy of a bedroom. Worked out great.
