We enjoyed our stay in this house in Hot Springs. The house was clean and perfectly located for our son’s wedding weekend activities. Our family enjoyed the front porch for morning coffee and had lots of room for everyone to relax.

The property was perfect..easily accessible and close to everything. The hostess was great. I had trouble with my VRBO app when it came time to check in but she was very patient and helpful.

Very clean. Location is good, but a mile walk to bathhouse row, so not walkable for my group. This is not a luxury rental but very comfortable and well appointed. Felt like we had plenty of room. Lots of windows so it was bright and sunny. I needed a sleeping mask to sleep in.

This is a very nice home near downtown Hot Springs. Very clean, plenty of sleeping and living space. Also, plenty of dishes for cooking and your own parking space. We had a great time here.

We had a great weekend in Hot Springs and very much enjoyed our time at this rental! The home was very cute, super clean, and in a wonderful neighborhood. The only complaint, which is minor, is the bedding was very hot/not breathable. The mattress topper on the back bed was also somewhat of a plastic material and not great to sleep on. The mattress topper in the front bedroom was fine. The pillows and mattresses themselves were very comfy. Great place overall! We enjoyed our stay!!

This was a fantastic stay! The rental was spotless, and we were so impressed with all the thoughtful amenities provided. It had everything we needed and more, making our vacation truly relaxing and comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was a breeze. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again soon.

The location is perfect—close to downtown, the National Forest, and not far from the crystal mines. It’s such a convenient spot for exploring everything Hot Springs has to offer.The house is always cozy, clean, and welcoming—truly a home away from home. Communication with the host was excellent, and they made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable.We loved it and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Our property manager went above and beyond to make things just right for us. The house was super clean, super charming, and in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and quite beautiful with lovely home all around yet. Downtown was just a hot skip and jump away. The beds were very comfortable and she had nice little toiletries and all your basic kitchen items you would need.Highly recommend staying there you won’t regret it. Can’t wait for our next day.I would post pictures, but we were having so much fun. We didn’t take any.

The house was ok, there was a load of wet laundry left in the dryer and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Aldo there was no dodo in the shower, just shampoo and conditioner

Never stayed in a cleaner VRBO rental. No dust anywhere, wood floors polished, counter tops, sinks and toilets were shining. Almost hospital clean. Coffee, coffee filters and creamer provided, as well as paper cups in the bathroom. The home was close to everything... little over a mile to old town shopping and hot springs spas and 1/4 mile to West Mountain National Park. Host was very responsive to questions. One of our best experiences with VRBO.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely. We had a bit of a leaky toilet and hosts were on top of it immediately. Brought us some lovely organic greens from their farm and invited us to a tour of their farm. Amazing!

Our family stayed here for two nights while site seeing on Hot Springs. We loved the cozy historic house- it was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close and convenient to downtown attractions!

Property is clean and well maintained, driveway is a little awkward with how steep it is but house is great.

We enjoyed staying in the little house for a quick family getaway. The stay was comfortable and the hosts were prompt with communication and helpful with activity and restaurant ideas. We especially enjoyed walking up to the overlook from dinner on bathhouse row and strolling through Garvan Woodland Gardens.

Quaint home minutes from downtown. Loved the hardwood floors & crystal door knobs with modern touches. We didn’t eat there but the table was perfect for game time.

Neighborhood was great and close to the track. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the 5 of us. We will definitely look to stay here next year too!

The house was beautiful and inviting. The only downside is the steep driveway. It was only an issue because there was icy weather and we were worried about getting back up the driveway if we left.

We drove about 4.5 hours to Hot Springs and this house was a perfect little dwelling for the weekend trip. I loved how much the community was reflected in the house. We saw pieces in the house from a lot of the places we visited while in town. Great experience.

the pictures do not show how great this place is. The decor is a perfect mix of old and new. Kitchen had everything we needed. In warm weather you could walk downtown from this home. The owner responded quickly and we had the best trip.

We gifted our siblings with a trip to Hot Springs for Christmas. This VRBO was perfect for us! It is in a terrific location for all that Hot Springs has to offer.

This property was amazing and perfect for a girls weekend! We had everything we needed. Its close to downtown which was a huge plus! The driveway was steeper than we thought and if there were more than two vehicles it could get a little tight. But other than that we had the best time!

This home is nostalgic with updates. Old wooden floors, but walk-in large showers. Close to all of the places we wanted to be. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch, drinking coffee, and watching the traffic go by.

The house was great! The owner responded each time we reached out. We even left a few things behind and the owner is kind enough to ship them back to us! The house is literally 1 minute from one of the national park entrances!!!! And only 5 minutes from down town. The owner even has a stash of fliers and brochures for you to go through highlighting various restraunts and attractions!!! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!
