Cozy Hillside Retreat- Hot Tub with Amazing Views

Great location just outside Ellicottville with views of the slopes at Holimont and a few at Holiday Valley. It was perfect for us and some extended family during our ski trip. It's an older house that has been very nicely renovated. The gas stove in the living room was nice to turn on in the evenings. The hot tub looked nice but we did not brave the 0-10 degree weather to use it while we were there. The driveway is a bit steep, but they plow regularly in the winter. My wife was able to get up without too much difficulty in her van. No problem whatsoever with AWD or 4WD. The owners/managers were pretty hands off (in a good way) but checked in a couple times and were responsive when messaged. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will definitely look into staying here again in the future!

We had the best time at this property! Host was great, check in was a breeze! Our family loved the hot tub and outdoor area! You can’t beat the view! Would definitely stay again!

We loved our time at the house!! We had so much fun, we spent more time hanging out in the house instead of hitting the town! The hot tub was so fun and fit all 6 of us! The rooms were so comfy and big, plenty of room! Loved having two living rooms to hang out in! Would definitely come back!

Great cozy house for a few family friends for a ski weekend. Close to slopes. Nice view and hot tub was a bonus. House is slightly smaller than imagined but with the basement we were fine on space for 2-3 families. Very clean. Great communication with host. Easy check in and check out.

The property is exactly as described and pictured. The property was very clean, which is high on my priority list. Only suggestion would be to add more seating in living room. We had 10 people and it comfortably seats 6. Otherwise everything was very nice and comfy.

The house was wonderful and in a great location. Everything we needed was there, the house was very clean and cozy. Communication with the owners was great. Would definitely stay there again. (Only thing is you might want to upgrade the bbq grill - worked but not great)

We totally enjoyed our weekend here to bring in 2024! There was plenty of room for us to spread out. We had an issue where we popped the breaker while cooking dinner on new years eve. Used vrbo as instructed to contact someone and response was very fast. So crisis averted! There was some extra kitchen and bathroom accessories provided which was a welcome change. Normally only starter quantities are provided so that was great. We came prepared anyway. Instructions were very detailed. The house was clean and in great shape. Just need to mind your melon for tall people coming up the stairs. We would stay again if we ever go back. Great host and home to make some great memories in. Happy 2024!

Beautiful newly remodeled home. Very spacious 4 bedroom 1 bath home with a finished basement/ game room (it has a good ball table), plenty of sitting room with a gas fire place n the living room and all your essentials needed to make meals in the kitchen. We stayed 3 nights during a bad winter storm that had a wind chill of -26 and we still stayed plenty warm. Definitely recommend this place. Oh and also I had messaged the owner about a high chair and pack and play and she was able to make sure I had both (very baby friendly home). We can’t wait to come back in the summer :)
