Stayed Jan 14, 2025This owners were very nice and great communication and the rental was perfect in every way for our short extended stay in town for business. I loved having a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every day and it was close to our job site. It had the amenities we needed and it was nice and quiet. Thank you! :)

Stayed May 6, 2023The property was quiet and relaxing after our busy days visiting family. We enjoyed sitting outdoors, listening to the birds and enjoying the citrus trees, yummy grapefruit :)

Stayed Nov 15, 2021Wonderful experience! Helen, owner, was so attentive & gracious! She make sure I had all the information to arrive & introduced me to her cozy casita. I paid more than a regular hotel, but it was definitely worth it. Nice, relaxing & quite place.

Stayed Dec 29, 2025The house was exactly as described. It was well-equipped for our stay and very comfortable! Our host met us for check-in to go over things, and was responsive to our text and very helpful when we had a question. The house is located near our friends' home that we visited, so the location was perfect for us. We would not hesitate to stay here again! It was lovely!You should be aware that smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property (not just inside of the home) in case that will be an issue for you.

Stayed Feb 18, 2025My husband and I spent a little over 2 weeks at this lovely guest house. Helen was wonderful and the home had everything we needed. My husband really enjoyed the grapefruit from her trees in the backyard. We would definitely go back if ever visiting AZ.

Stayed May 22, 2024We enjoyed our stay so much. The check in couldn't have been easier. Everything was so lovely and comfortable; it's obvious the owners take great care with cleanliness and comfort for their guests. We hope to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of a quiet, pretty and airy space to stay. The only thing missing was a good pen in the drawer so that we could write Helen a very nice thank you note! :)

Stayed Mar 16, 2024We had such a nice time in AZ and this was the perfect place for us and our little dog. Helen and Ted were great hosts and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The house was very comfortable and well appointed, and our pooch enjoyed the big yard and even dipping his feet in the pool. The location was great for us to attend spring training games, play golf and ride our bikes on the New River bike path. There are also several good restaurants in the area. We are already making plans to return next year!
