Stayed Jun 29, 2025This is a nice property with plenty of potential. However if you’re looking for more than the pure basics you’ll be disappointed. For instance: no seating in L/R beyond sofa, no night stands or lamps in bedrooms; lacks fully equipped kitchen and several of items there need replacing & in need of painting in several areas. Also, Owner slow in resolving issues. After advising on first days of a 16 day stay that dryer was broken & dishwasher not secured they finally got them repaired on day 14.

Stayed Feb 19, 2024Stove didnt work and we emailed & called in only to be given a cleaning man phone number. Put garbage out like the check out instructions said to do only to receive 7 calls and emails to move it back in. Very unprofessional. House was very dark and just taped together.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Ants the front door that works off the keypad needs adjusting - it does not lock without working the door. The AC needs to be fixed - warm Friday night and Saturday afternoon and night.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969the place is fine but it needs more seating in the living room. There were three towels in the house for three people for 10 days. And in the evening it was over 80 degrees in April on the top floor every evening with the AC on. Other wise, it was fine.

Stayed May 4, 2023There were Ants by the Kitchen/Dining Room breakfast bar and on the counter by the sink (which was near the breakfast bar. The front door that works off the keypad needs adjusting - it does not lock without playing around with the door. The AC needs to be fixed - warm Friday night and Saturday afternoon and night. Suggestions - taller lamp or table in living room - small table in master bedroom - I would switch the 2 beds making the master a lot nicer - better quality wash clothes - Maybe another chair in the living room.

Stayed Apr 17, 2023Not enough seating in den. Not enough towels at all. AC could not keep up upstairs. Every evening it was over 80 degrees when we arrived home every night. Clean amd nice otherwise.
