Perfect stay for my family in town for a softball tournament. Owners were very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Home was very clean and well kept!

I got married at the Baughman Center and my bridesmaid and I stayed here. The Baughman center was 5 minutes away with morning traffic. It was a great stay. Very detailed and quaint property. It’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

The property was perfect for our family visiying our daughter at UF. Well equipped and the hosts even sent us cookies. Very nice

This was a nice home and property. My Mom and I come once a year to visit my Aunt and always rent a house. Unfortunately, this trip, we both ended up with the flu during our stay. However, we appreciated having a beautiful property to stay on and enjoyed as much as we could given the circumstances.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The house was even nicer in person, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the convenience of being so close to UF. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to return!

We had the pleasure of staying here for the weekend! This charming home is conveniently located to the University of Florida, and there is also a Publix within walking distance. The house is beautifully-decorated and furnished including a desk in the master BR and an outdoor patio. We appreciated the driveway for parking. Very quiet home. Marlon was communicative during our stay, and we appreciated the welcome snacks.

Our family of 6 (us, grandparents, and 2 kids) stayed here for a November football game. Located just a couple blocks from University and 34th st, the location provided easy access to campus, downtown, and nearby restaurants. The house was as described, clean, quiet, comfortable, and the hosts checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. They even helped us retrieve a left behind hair dryer!! Highly recommend this house for a future stay. Go Gators!

Always great staying at this home in Gainesville. From nature parks to springs to Gator sports and UF campus, everything is close by and easy. We love this place!

This is an older house but was a beautifully decorated. Property was close to UF which is exactly what we were looking for to visit our son. Rooms were a great size. Only downfall is the main bath was very small and no counter space.
