The approximately 60 square meters house has on the ground floor a living / dining area with kitchenette, a bathroom with bath tub or Shower with toilet, and a bedroom with double bed.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed. In one of the bedrooms there is another flat screen TV.

The living room is followed by a cozy, secluded terrace.
In the lockable equipment room the own wheels can be submerged. In addition, there are 4 bicycles incl. 1 children's bike (24-wheel) available.

An electric grill is also available for cozy barbecues.

The house is complete with utensils, crockery, cookware, microwave,
Coffee machine, Senseo machine, kettle and toaster.
The beds have new mattresses.
There is also a washing machine in the house. Even in bad weather, you can dry your clothes in the Aquadeltapark, which has a launderette with dryers.

The car-free park offers beautifully landscaped playgrounds, playgrounds and a beautiful old trees. Here your children can romp wonderfully and z. B. play with other children on the football fields, volleyball and basketball courts and at the ping-pong tables. But that's not all!

The center of the park Aquadelta with its extensive offer (supermarket / all year open also on Sundays, indoor hall, laundromat, restaurant, bowling alley, darts, billiards, tennis, mini golf, swimming pool, sauna, bike rental, squash playground etc.) are only a few minutes.
