Cozy family sized 2 bedroom 1 bath newly remodeled basement

Clean spacious and good location.

Well decorated, VERY clean, nice neighborhood, and spacious living spaces. This is a basement. The family lives upstairs and is an active family so the noise (steps, water flushing, conversations) were all heard so a bit difficult to sleep in while on vacation.

Amazing, clean, and conveniently located near central Eugene. Checkin was easy with a garage PIN code. Beds were comfortable and the unit was very spacious and clean. Kelly was a great host. We look forward to staying again when we return to Eugene. Thank you!

The basement is very large with lots of places to sit and relax. There was a good size kitchen and it was nice having a washer and dryer available for use. There were a few times that you could hear the family upstairs walking around, but we were so tired that it didn’t bother us too much. Parking was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet, which was nice. Overall we had a good stay.

The rental was spacious, clean, had nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It was perfect for our 3 night stay.

This space was clean and felt roomier than I thought it would. The gym is a worn-out treadmill in a garage. This place is in a basement under a very active family with small children, so there is a lot of noise and no soundproofing. I feel like all our conversations were probably also audible to the family upstairs. Otherwise, the price was good, and the beds were adequate.

Nice and quiet neighborhood easy to check in and out. I had a surgery and needed a place to stay until my post -op the next day. Comfortable house felt like a home away from home. The host was very accommodatingand responded quickly any time I txt. The tv was a little confusing but we managed to get our Netflix going. The electric fireplace made for great ambiance and warmed the house nicely. I hightly recommend this house.

Perfect for what we needed.

This place was like a hidden gem. The remodel looks great and the neighborhood was quite. The host let my dad in and was very nice. The rooms are bug and the common areas have lots of space for the kids. You can hear people walking upstairs as the is a basement, but it honestly didn't bother anyone. It felt like home. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Eugene. The property is a very cozy and inviting finished basement. The furniture is comfortable, and the unit is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. It is away from the busy streets and is no more than a 15-minute drive from everything. We would revisit Eugene and this property.

This was a perfect alternative to one night in a hotel on our way to Southern Oregon from Northern Washington. There were plenty of comfy beds, lots of room for all of us to spread out and have privacy when needed. It's a big place, super clean, very nicely appointed. Classy details and good quality accouterments. Much appreciated on a long road trip.

Nice place to stay - was close to a lot of things.

Very nicely done remodel. Sylish and new. The hosts thought of everything from Pac-Man arcade to white noise generator in bedrooms. Full service kitchen. easy check-in process. Nice neighborhood in good location. Put this place on your list!

Wonderful property. Tons of room, lots of living space. So clean and well appointed with all the extras. This was a perfect place for our group of 5 with room for many more. We loved the Pac Man games. So much better than bothering with multiple hotel rooms. We heard the pitter patter of little feet in the morning but just a lovely reminder that we were in a home - not a hotel with strangers, but among friends.

Huge space for a 2 bedroom apartment in what appears to be a nice quiet neighborhood. As mentioned elsewhere you can hear people above you but I didn't hear anyone at night.

Very nice basement unit. It was a bit loud coming from upstairs at time (a slight issue with my spouse but me as I am hearing impaired) but everything really nice.

The space was very nice and well kept. The house was had more thab adequate supplies and amenities. The beds were comfortable.

This basement suite was exceptionally clean, and exactly as described. It was the perfect place for our family to stay while attending an event in Eugene. (The only thing we would have liked that wasn't there was a colander for straining pasta and washing produce.)

Our stay was great! The unit is beautiful and cozy! The neighborhood was pretty, and the houses were beautiful! The owner was helpful when I had a few questions and has thought of everything someone might need. You will hear the family upstairs but only when you are up and getting ready. They were quiet during the night and mornings. Convenient location in a really cute area and the unit had so much space!!! We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful basement. It didn't feel like a basement at all It felt like a hidden cozy lair. It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we could have needed. It was well-stocked with towels and blankets. The beds were comfortable. There was even motion - sensitive lighting in the kitchen, which was very helpful when we needed to go in there when someone was sleeping. My entire family fell in love with this VRBO. Highly recommend!

The place was huge, well appointed, super clean and just as expected. There were lots of nice extra touches....q-tips & earplugs in the bathroom, lots of spices & syrup in the kitchen, etc. Kelly was very easy to work with and very responsive. She was able to provide us with a secure place to leave our truck and trailer for several days after our stay and we were SO APPRECIATIVE!! Made our trip tons easier. Would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO!!

A group of coastal gals went to the valley for a girls weekend. Although it is shared housing, it never felt like that. It feels like you have the entire place to yourself. From time to time, you do hear foots steps from above early in the morning but the hosts provide a huge thing earplugs for you. They have it all covered! Kelly has top tier communication and she genuinely wants to ensure your stay is comfortable. She will take care of you! Thank you for making our weekend getaway a success!

This was the best accommodations and hospitality from the host than I have every experienced. The home is clean, spacious, welcoming, and comfortable with very modern amenities. They also had very clear instruction and information on things like parking, wifi, etc. They had everything we could ask for to make for the perfect stay. The neighborhood is also very nice and so close to great restaurants and attractions. The host was incredible, ensuring we had everything we needed and had immediate communications when asking a question. They were also kind and exceeded expectations. My wife and I would absolutely stay at this accommodation again and would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a fabulous stay. Clean, tons of kitchen things you might need, plenty of sleep space. The noise from upstairs is definitely not a selling point, but it’s not the end of the world for us.

I am so close to giving the property 5 stars. The place is very cozy and quite cute. My only complaint is all the noise that travels through the ceiling. I don't think the family that lives above is unusually noisy, but I am pretty sure I could hear paper falling on the floor. Fortunately my daughter and i had to be up early every day to get to appointments, but if i had wanted to sleep in a bit and enjoy a peaceful morning, it would have been difficult. It was a very clean and nice place, and was in a gorgeous neighborhood however. Would book again if i had morning functions to attend.

Overall was a good stay. The unit is spacious, clean and nicely remodeled. It is a basement apartment so intermittently hear activity upstairs but this was no big deal

Spotless. We're usually a little hesitant to book basement apartments, but we rolled the dice and were pleasantly surprised. As nice of a basement apartment that I've ever seen. Would recommend.
