Cozy family-friendly Bungalow 4 Bedrms 2 bths Historic Beauty - 3 Mi to Stadium

This is a charming older home in a quiet neighborhood that’s close to a lot of locally owned businesses for dining, coffee, etc. we had plenty of space for all nine adults in our group, with room to spare.

Was a bit upset when you find that the 4th bedroom is through the third and does not have its own door. The house does have a smell it’s like old smoke but it must be from something else cause I’m very allergic and it never bothered me and you go nose blind to it. House was very clean and great value for the price. Lots of space for the family. Great hot water which I was worried about when it was an older house. Would definitely book again to go to the zoo

The house worked great for 7 guys on a golfing trip. had plenty of room for an air mattress or two as well.

Cute, clean and great location! Only complaint is the stairs squeak really bad so it’s hard to be quiet when others are already asleep.

Place was in a great location from everything you'd want to see in Omaha. Very clean and had all the amenities needed.

Our family and friends had a wonderful time staying in Carol's charming historic home in Omaha! We had a total of 4 adults, 5 kids in the home. The house comes with basic kitchen essentials, plenty of cozy blankets, space heaters for winter time, 1 booster seat for dining with a little one, and the adorable vintage children's books were a hit to read during bed time each night! Carol communicated kindly and promptly whenever we had a question. We went to the local coffee shop recommended in the guest book and they even ground the coffee beans for us! We checked out the Omaha children's museum and the kids play cafe. For dining, the Fu Asian Grill was our favorite for fresh ingredients and a large/inexpensive meal. We enjoyed playing the games provided in the evenings after the kids would go to bed. Overall, great experience!

Carol was so very accommodating. We had a little bit of an issue with the heat and she took care of it right away. She kept in constant touch with us letting us know how things were going. She went way above and beyond to help us and and get us settled in!

Very Charming house! Very comfortable! It worked really well for our party of eight. Six adults and two kids. Plenty of room! The large dining room table was perfect for meals. Communication with the host was excellent. Would highly recommend!

The house was as described, big enough for two families with children to hangout. Close to everything and easy to get to. It is off a busy road that is a little loud at night if you’re a light sleeper. Host was super accommodating and easy to work with, she switched our dates with no problem. Would stay again.

The house was nice although it smelled like someone had smoked in it. You did get used to the smell after staying in the home for awhile. One bedroom is through another bedroom and that was a surprise.

House very convenient to all downtown area attractions. It is an old home but fine for what you need while visiting the area. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are good sized. Large living room and dining area.

Booked a stay for the whole family. We had our children, grandchildren, and grandparents for a trip to the zoo. There were accommodations for everyone. We were all comfortable and together without being crowded. The space was nice without being so nice you were scared to touch anything. Just what we were looking for.

Grateful for a nice clean home to meet friends in the middle from different coasts! The space worked great for what we needed.

Great location, house fully stocked. Very pleasant stay!

The home is lovely and the owner easy to reach. The location was just what we needed and really suited the young mom and baby who were with our group. It was not as ideal for the over 70 folks. Stairs were a bit challenging and there is no bathroom on main floor. The kitchen power is a bit funky. A breaker easily trips if more than one item is in use ie. microwave and toaster or tea kettle. Overall I would still recommend it and stay there again depending on the mix of people in our group.
