My family enjoyed this cozy place.

The house was beautiful and accommodated our party perfectly! Was in close proximity from the casinos in Blackhawk. Highly recommend. The owner was very responsive.

This is a wonderful home and property. It has been renovated and refurbished with fine details and tasteful decoration. The interior is comfortable with everything you can possibly need and things made as convenient as possible. Though it's near other homes, the views out the windows are beautiful. The back area is very welcoming with furniture and games to enjoy the outdoors. We wish we had stayed longer, this was a part of a longer trip. This house would make a really nice homebase for exploring destinations in the front range. The mountains in this area are beautiful and worth exploring, Boulder, Denver and Red Rocks are less than an hour away. Rocky Mountain National Park and ski resorts would make an easy day trip. Communication with the host was easy and responses were quick. We would highly recommend staying here.

The house was lovely and had everything we could want. Especially nice was the fire pit area in the backyard. We spent our evenings there with our family. Not often do we get the chance to have our young adult children watching a fire and talking instead of watching the screens on their phones! The location was excellent for 4 days of mountain activities in areas 1-2 hours away, It was a perfect base. The owner was exceptional in communications. She responded to my questions immediately and was very gracious and accommodating, I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Mandy and her families property. We had everything we needed to make homemade meals during our stay, they had every accommodation we could have asked for plus some, my toddler was so excited that there were fun toys to play with, we only wish there wasn’t a fire ban so we could have enjoyed the backyard fire ring but hopefully next time! Our stay here was great. Totally trouble free. Communication before hand was great, check in was perfectly none eventful. The place was clean, well equipped and just what we needed. Pet friendly, just beautiful, and so nice and quiet. Everything in the house and out was comfortable. Nice areas outside in the front snd back yards for enjoying the quiet outdoors. Neighbors closeby but completely unnoticeable. This place is really so so nice. Its also close enough to sone other things to do as well, we went to the rec center 10 minutes away that was verry nice. The people all around are super friendly. We used the grill twice and it worked great. Overall we just absolutely loved the place. Such a nice and needed get away.

The place was great, very clean and appointed well! We loved the firepit area although too dry for an evening fire. Nice! Also the owner was very engaging and easy to deal with. Lots of amenities!

Beautiful mountain home. Kitchen well stocked, comfortable furniture & bed. We enjoyed coffee on the back patio in the mornings & evenings. Take layers to wear as it gets cold in the mountains.

This home offered everything our family of 4 needed for a great summer vacation. The location made it easy to head in any direction while the home itself made evenings fun and cozy.

What a lovely, well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and the home had everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Had a wonderful stay! Beds super comfy. Kitchen stocked well enough to prepare a whole Thanksgiving meal. Snowed the night before we arrived and drive was plowed. House is very comfortable.
