Cozy Englewood Cottage

The cottage was lovely. We would definitely stay here again. Everything was spotless and the kitchen and bathroom had many helpful essential supplies.While we were there the hot water heater had a leak. We called and the heater was replaced within 2 hours. You can tell they take good care of the upkeep of their house.The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Thank you Tony and JeffThe Rico’s

Excellent in every way.

This is the most perfect little home situated in a quiet little area and so perfect for our stay!The place was so affordable and you really get plenty of room! The lanai was perfect to hangout and eat dinner since it was screened in and only ten minutes to the beach and just up the road from the grocery store. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone!The only downside is the the kitchen was small but if you’re coming to be on vacation doing minimal cooking, then it works perfect!The owner was so nice and worked with us on our timing for everything and we are so appreciative. Thank you again sir for working with us and we can’t wait to stay again next year if it’s available!

We recently spent several weeks at this home and found it perfect for us in every way. It’s very clean, well maintained and is very comfortable. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, and the beaches. The host, Tony, is wonderful to work with and we couldn’t be happier with our experience at his property.

Everything was so nice and clean and organized!! We had a wonderful, relaxing time!! Location was awesome. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, which we appreciated so much.

This lovely cottage was my home away from home for 4 weeks while I worked during the day and spent time with local friends and family in the evenings and on weekends. Very cozy, homey and clean with everything I needed including good WIFI to support my virtual meetings and online work with no issues. Convenient access to shopping, restaurants and Englewood Beach. Will definitely try to stay here again!
