Stayed Sep 20, 2025This home was wonderful, my friends/family thoroughly enjoyed everything. There are lots of special touches, we loved the back yard and all this property offered. The bedrooms and living spaces were great, there is lots of parking, close to plenty of restaurants. Communication was also awesome, we would all stay here again and are already talking about our next trip.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025Cute property with older home. Bed description called for “2 futons” however those were hida-beds in the coach which wasn’t ideal. One of the hide-a-beds was covered in animal hair. Lastly the door to the master bedroom literally fell off its hinges in the middle of the night.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025The house had plenty of room for our group of 4 to eat, sleep and relax in the backyard after a day of biking. Will definitely stay again!

Stayed Oct 12, 2024Came out here to visit the university that my daughter will be attending. The house was centrally located within walking distance to downtown which was great. There was plenty of room for everyone and the beds were comfortable. Loved the coffee maker with free coffee! Parking is ample and the backyard is a perfect place to hang out. Highly recommend.

Stayed Aug 14, 2024Our stay was short and sweet as we were there to drop our son off at Colorado Mesa University the following morning, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to spend a relaxing evening the beautiful backyard just enjoying the lovely, cool summer evening. The location was also great for going back and forth from campus.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We had a great time during our stay, the property was clean and had great amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids loved the toys as well as the s'more bar and the fire pit. Great location, we were able to walk to the park and visit nearby museums. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
